I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kumasi. The staff are very polite and helpful . The room was spacious and I truly had a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was served in my room at no cost and the Management were helpful.
Breakfast was hot and delicious.
The location is central to attractions in the city.
Keep up the good work to the Management and staff of the hotel.

Nice hotel in the middle of the Cultural Centre of Kumasi. Lots of different artforms are shown and you can quietly look around. The hotel has many original elements en everything is there what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and there is a restaurant. In short: a good Ghanaian hotel.

De receptie is erg mooi, de omgeving is bijzonder mooi. We waren zojuist verrast toen we voorbij waren. Er waren goed restaurants naast elkaar.

GGuest UserThe manager there is very friendly, I was supposed to checkout at 11Am but got emergency call so I left the apartment without taken my bags and my stuffs were scattered all over the apartment, the manager called and seek permission to arrange my stuffs and put on safe place, I came back late and I need a room to rebook to unfortunately the place was fully booked but the manager helped me by booking new luxury apartment for me and the worst thing was that it was raining but she passed the rain to bring my bags

GGuest UserAmazing staff with great reception. The dinner set was simple amazing. Try their Jollof. Very responsive to guests needs. The Wi-Fi was back on in a short time after going down. I planned spending just one night but ended up sleeping for two nights whiles still contemplating on adding another night. Easy to get to the town Center. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserThe response was too unfriendly that I booked a room cheaper than usual due to a hotel mistake ~ I tried to check in at 10 pm, but I made the wait for more than an hour and a half to confirm, so I connected to Trip.com customer center. I admit it wrong because I'm feverish and grab it in the room I booked ~
I thought it was cheaper than anywhere else, but I booked it because I thought it was a promotion period or something, but the staff only changed their responsibility and the manager was annoyed because the response was late~
There is no elevator, so you have to walk to the fourth floor ~
