日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で行けば5つ星、世界基準で考えたら3つ星、だから、4つ星にしました。料金に対しての価値は十分です。2025年現在、アジアの街でもこの価格でこのクオリティが得られるホテルは、少ないと思います。ラグジュアリーさはありませんが、日本人の感覚で全く問題のないホテルです。 オーナーのスラブさんは、本当に働き者で親切です。他のスタッフは異なりますが、オーナーのコントロールで全てが成立している印象です。 町から少し離れますが、歩けます。空港に向かう道で不便ではないです。バス停の目の前、真横にスーパーマーケット、道路を渡って左に行くと美味しいパン屋さんがあります。 水道水は、飲めます。フロントにウォーターサーバーがあります。 アイロンはないです。洗濯は、16:00までにお願いすれば、GEL 20/1袋でクリーニングに出してくれるそうです。 朝食は、09:00~11:00。EXCURSIONで出発が早い時と深夜の空港に向かう時には、BOXを作ってくれました。 私達は、初めての日本人宿泊者だそうです。日本人の観光客が少ない街だそうですが、クタイシを訪れるなら、このホテルをオススメします。満足感のある滞在でした。

驅車來到美麗的庫塔伊西，酒店不大，服務很好，沒有停車場，服務人員會幫你指定停在酒店旁路邊，房間不大但很乾凈，早餐不算豐富，但吃的很舒服，服務很好，酒店位置特別好，就在噴泉附近，一個慢生活的小城市，一個特別適合city walk的小城，非常喜歡。

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) Stayed: July 2 – July 4, 2025 Room: Standard Double or Twin Room The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels. Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety. Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches. ✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.

Very good as always. Excellent reception staff if leaving a little to be desired in terms of the waiting staff. The rooftop bar is amazing!!!

Провели прекрасные два дня в этом отеле. Жили в центральном корпусе, номера чистые, удобные кровати, есть диван, столик, холодильник, чайник, стаканы, чай/кофе. Чистая бутылизированная вода для каждого гостя. Вся сантехника исправно работает. Завтраки проходят в ресторане на 1 этаже, каждый сможет найти для себя что-то вкусное. Очень красивая территория отеля, есть зоны отдыха с гамаками и качелями, выход к реке. Игровая зона для малышей. Несколько бассейнов, сауна и хамам. В бассейн так же приходят гости ”из вне”, поэтому народу много до самого вечера. Хотя, возможно у нас так было, из-за выходных дней. Ужинали на территории отеля, в ресторане в виде квеври, готовят быстро, вкусно. В общем, остались довольны местом на 100%.

De kamer bevindt zich op de negende verdieping. Het klinkt rustig, maar de decoratie is een beetje oververzadigd, met felrode gordijnen en spreien, wat een vreemd gevoel geeft. Bovendien hangt er een onaangename geur in de afvoer in de badkamer. Het is beter om eerst een paar kopjes water in de afvoer van de badkamer te gieten. Het vermengt zich met de sterke geur in de kamer, die zowel geurig als stinkend is. Het ontbijt is goed en er is een panoramarestaurant vanwaar u het grootste deel van de stad kunt zien.
