We were very impressed by the front of the house Zara, who engaged with us authentically and assisted with the checking-in process. She showed genuine interest in the customers and provided information appropriately. The room was compact with all the necessities - I particularly like the space under the bed to put my open suitcase, and the ample options of mirrors. One thing to complain about is that we could hear loud music from our room early in the morning (6.30-7am), which we suspected coming from the gym classes. Another thing is guests have to pay for parking.

What a beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. We had a spacious room with a lovely big bed and separate bath with over shower. Bottle of water in the room and kettle with coffee and tea sachets. Hotel provides toiletries. We had pre booked breakfast which was a buffet and very nice. All in all a good stay

Stayed for a wedding. Staff let us check in early and were extremely accommodating helpful and friendly. Didn’t use much of the hotel as wedding was elsewhere but was a quirky, city centre hotel Bargain too would come again

Nice and clean and friendly staff. Great welcome by the night manager and the staff were very friendly, comfortable beds!! !!

Basic but clean and very convenient for M3/A34 etc. Good service at check in. Quiet room. Shower good; everything clean. Very good value for money.

Ik kan hier geen maximum punten voor geven, want tegenwoordig is wifi verschrikkelijk traag of helemaal niet aanwezig, wat het verblijf erg lastig maakt. Zeker als de 4G/5G-ontvangst ook nog eens verschrikkelijk is. Als je ergens wilt zijn waar je geen verbinding hebt, dan is dit de plek voor jou! Laat je innerlijke bejaarde de vrije loop en doe je apparaten weg voor de duur van je verblijf, want je kunt ze toch niet gebruiken 🤣

Nice little inn off the highway and it’s a hidden gem! Nice Italian decor especially in the restaurant. That continues into the room where my wife commented it made her think of the room we stayed in Venice. Another great thing is that they warmed up the room before we got there, so it’s nice and warm we entered it.  Restaurant also served good Italian food. Would stay there again!

The receptionists were welcoming and helpful when our keys were sensitive to being near items in my handbag. Appreciated the free car parking, moderately-spacious clean room and location of the hotel, ~15min walk to the centre if preferred. The carpet was a bit worn.

I arrived late (2315 hours) although within their check in windows, but they had the room keeps ready for me in the room, so I was able to get straight in without any fuss. Brilliant service - thanks.

De locatie is gunstig, op 10-15 minuten lopen van de stad en het treinstation. Het ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde. De geluidsisolatie is slecht en je kunt horen wat er naast ons gebeurt. Het hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hielpen ons proactief met het inladen van onze bagage in de auto na het uitchecken.
