Some of the reviews were mixed so we weren’t sure what we would get when staying here but we LOVED our stay!! Highly recommend. So close to the centre 5 minute walk, rooms are right along the beach with a nice clean pool area (can also book tours with the hotel for discounted) and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious! Will come back one day!!

The hotel was expensive for what it offered. The shampoo and conditioner were not usable and very smelly. The lamp had mold on it. Bathroom tiles were broken.

It was a nice one night stay waiting for a flight to leave the next day. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and went out of their way to help us with any needs.like delivery of dinner from a local Chinese restaurant to cooked breakfast before we grab the cab to the airport . Room was air-conditioned and large bedroom and bathroom, had all amenities that we needed. Definitely a family feel to the hotel would stay there again.

Some staff not friendly or helpful at all.
We asked for a cup of ice and were told to wait until the bar opened!

GGuest UserWe only had a night to spend at this lovely spot, but it was definitely the perfect place to stay in Belize City. Quiet, right along the seashore and an estuary...we could have spent a week there. And, the owner went way above and beyond in coordinating a ferry shipment from Caye Caulker. Trip saver!

MMister StephenI really enjoyed my stay here. It's right next to the creek. Very nice setting. There was a relaxing pool outside my room. Cathy was a gracious and down-to-earth host. My room was quiet and the bed and pillows so comfortable. I slept well. I also got a nice homemade dinner here.

GGuest UserThe room is well-equipped, the environment is very good, the hygiene is very clean, and the service attitude is particularly good. Here I want to thank Ctrip the most. The first hotel we booked was not accepted by the hotel. Later, Ctrip went all out to help us coordinate and changed us to a very good hotel. All the price difference was borne by Ctrip. I am very grateful to the service staff of Ctrip platform and give a thumbs up for their enthusiastic and thoughtful service. I hope that Ctrip platform will become better and better. Thank you again for their enthusiastic service!
