"Faciliteiten: De kamer is groot, dat is echt het beste! Er zijn vier flessen drinkwater beschikbaar en ze worden bijgevuld als ze op zijn. Er was geen reisadapter aanwezig, die had ik zelf mee. Afgezien van het ontbreken van een automatisch toilet, was ik erg tevreden. Hygiëne: De badkamer is ook erg groot en alles was behoorlijk schoon, waarschijnlijk omdat het een nieuw hotel is. Omgeving: Het hotel ligt recht tegenover de weg wanneer je uitgang D van het Wan Chai MTR-station neemt, dus het is heel dichtbij! De eerste keer was het even zoeken, maar op Xiaohongshu (een sociaal mediaplatform) staan zeer gedetailleerde routebeschrijvingen, en na twee dagen wist ik de weg perfect te vinden. Het was helemaal niet onhandig. Je kunt ook de bus nemen vanaf de luchthaven, dan moet je misschien 200/300 meter extra lopen, maar het is vrij handig! Bovendien zijn er in de omgeving veel eetgelegenheden en ook in het winkelcentrum onder het hotel zijn veel eetgelegenheden. Service: Toen ik incheckte, vroeg ik terloops of een upgrade mogelijk was, en de dame aan de receptie regelde een upgrade naar een kamer met uitzicht op de stad, die ook iets groter was. Mijn bagage werd ook naar de kamer gebracht, wat geweldig was 👍. Zeer tevreden, ik zal hier de volgende keer zeker weer verblijven!"

The atmosphere, views, and overall experience are world-class. It is not just a hotel bar but a destination in itself, offering a unique vantage point that very few places globally can match. Food & Beverage: F&B is excellent across the board. Quality, presentation, and service are all consistently high, reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as a culinary destination, not merely a place to stay. Location: The location is convenient, particularly with direct access to transportation and the Elements complex. However, for guests accustomed to staying in Causeway Bay or other more central, street-level districts, the area may feel relatively far from traditional shopping and nightlife zones. This is more a matter of preference than a drawback. Overall Impression: Very, very happy with this stay. From service and cleanliness to views, dining, and amenities, the experience reflects what a true flagship Ritz-Carlton property should deliver. This is a hotel that excels in execution, consistency, and atmosphere, making it an exceptional choice for a refined and elevated Hong Kong stay."

"Dit was ons eerste hotel in Hongkong en de goede ervaring gaf ons meteen een positieve eerste indruk van de stad. Speciale dank aan Victoria Xu, die vloeiend Mandarijn sprak, waardoor de communicatie soepel verliep. Ze zorgde voor een snelle en efficiënte check-in en gaf ons een gratis upgrade naar een grotere kamer, waar onze koffers gemakkelijk in pasten. Toen we met veel bagage de lift ingingen, drukte ze proactief op de knop voor ons en hield de deur open toen we eruit gingen. Bij het uitchecken gaf Victoria Xu ons zelfs een canvas tas mee voor onze spullen. Helaas zijn we die in onze haast op de terugweg in Hongkong vergeten. Al met al was de algehele service uitstekend, de kamer comfortabel en het hotel ligt dicht bij een metrostation, dus het was gemakkelijk te vinden."
