Come back many times for my business purposes.the staffs are very helpful and upgraded my room. Harbour views really amazing.

The impressive lobby sets the tone for this majestic hotel perched on the banks of Fortress Hill overlooking the harbor. The views are spectacular from every floor but the Cafe on the top has a significant wow factor.
Hotel rates were reasonable and very competitive to neighboring hotels.
Great sized room with a massive bath/ shower combo.
Only slight disappointment was the breakfast which didn't nearly match the class of this hotel, I found the staff in the Harbour Grand Cafe annoying totally lacking any quality service experience. The breakfast buffet range was limited and poorly presented. This area needs a complete makeover of staff, atmosphere and kitchen.
The overall experience was fantastic and would stay here again.

Again, all good except for the room arrangement. Better if can arrange both rooms on the same floor or different floors that can be reached using same lift.

Free upgrade to premium suite. and there is a very great bathtub. and the view is very very view, which is the Victoria Harbor.

Stayed here for the first time. Wonderful view and service, got a free upgrade to the suite. The room had a fantastic view of the victoria harbour, while being able to have a look at the fireworks. Would suggest to stay here again!

Excellent location, plenty of shops and restaurants, public transport at doorstep. Rooms and corridors are dated, and lighting in room inadequate. Given how expensive hotels in Hong Kong are, this hotel offered relatively decent value.
