Uitstekend hotel in het algemeen. Geweldige locatie en vriendelijk personeel en een geweldig terrein/uitzicht. De ervaring daar kan dramatisch worden verbeterd met slechts twee kleine veranderingen:
1. Service bij het zwembad - u moet zelf voor eten en drinken zorgen. Het toevoegen van een app of belsysteem zou geweldig zijn. Een ober/serveerster bij het zwembad zou geweldig zijn.
2. Betere matrassen. Ze voelden behoorlijk hard aan, als een budgetmatras dat niet past bij een mooi hotel.

Wanneer je verblijft bij Banana Eco Camp in Angra do Heroísmo bevind je je vlak bij het strand, op 5 min. rijden van Zona Balnear do Negrito en Se-kathedraal. Dit huisje ligt op 3,5 km van Gemeentelijke tuinen en op 3,6 km van Fortaleza de Sao Joao Batista.
Plezier gegarandeerd dankzij fietsenverhuur of geniet van het uitzicht vanuit een terras en een tuin. Andere kenmerken van dit huisje zijn gratis wifi en houtskoolbarbecues.
De receptie is tijdens beperkte uren geopend.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Er is niet veel naast deze hotellocatie, maar het is slechts 10 minuten lopen naar de oude stad. Het hotel heeft een klein zwembad met uitzicht op het strand. De ontbijtruimte is erg groot. Parkeren is gratis voor de deur en de parkeerplaats is ook groot. Waar voor je geld.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Hotel que assinala alguma idade e desgaste. Insonorização dos quartos fraca, permitindo ouvir ruídos de quartos contíguos.
Reservamos 2 quartos para a familia, não havendo o cuidado de os colocar, pelo menos, no mesmo piso.
Autoclismo a pingar toda a noite. Depois de reclamado, os técnicos tentaram resolver e na segunda noite, acabou por partir todo o mecanismo, tendo ficado sem água na sanita.
No check out é que propuseram a mudança de quarto. Tarde de mais.
Boas condições de piscina interior, sauna e banho turco.

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

Bearsu Nature Almoxarife ligt in Horta bij de zee, op 10 min. rijden van Museu de Arte Sacra da Horta en Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Carmo. Deze camping ligt op 4 km van Igreja do Santíssimo Salvador da Horta en op 4 km van Regionaal museum van Horta.
De accommodatie heeft een terras en een tuin waar je van het uitzicht kunt genieten, maar profiteer ook van gratis wifi. Deze camping bevat ook conciërgeservices, een picknickplaats en houtskoolbarbecues.

JJAVIER OBESSOThe hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

GGuest UserPerfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness.
Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

GGuest UserIt is a superb hotel, super well located, but avoid the room number 162. In my experience, the air conditioning was not working well, without any view of the balcony, and was above the kitchen and behind a restaurant (smoking and smells) which was not suitable for me to leave clothes on the balcony to dry during the night.
It was all 5 stars ******.The breakfast was very good but I think they can do better.

PPolosukhinThe hotel is quite old, but with an atmosphere. Pleasant staff. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, in front of the hotel there are wonderful sunset views. The rooms are spacious but the beds are a little sagging - one was tolerable and the other quite uncomfortable. Of the minuses-poor soundproofing and noisy maids in the morning. The breakfast is decent - nothing fancy, but the choice is large and the food is tasty. Directly under the hotel there is a police station and on Saturday evening they stopped all the cars in a row - they checked for alcohol or drugs.
