Very nice hotel booked on arrival to son la The staff were very accommodating and offered a cold drink at reception and spoke English very well. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was a buffet and catered for all tastes. Definitely a 5 star hotel and value for money. Highly recommended.

My stay at Glenda Tower Moc Chau Hotel was truly unforgettable! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well-arranged, and everything reflects a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff – from the reception to the housekeeping team – everyone was extremely respectful, helpful, and always smiling, ready to assist at any time. A special thanks to the chef, who always welcomed us warmly and paid great attention to our food preferences. Every meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – was delicious, and he made sure all our requests were met with care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moc Chau. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality!

I had a pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. De prijs is redelijk en het is makkelijk bereikbaar. Als je vanuit Son La komt, is dit dé plek om naartoe te gaan. Het is schoon en vriendelijk. Zelfs toen ik in de vroege uurtjes aankwam, was ik onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid.

Room is very spacious Service is excellent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is a spread, one advantage for me to choose this hotel. However, 1 thing i dislike is the washing basin. Water splashes on your clothes if you turn on water slightly big

Staying here for 3 nights, for an ultra running event in Moc Chao. The owner very friendly and kind. He helped us to arrange transport to go back to Hanoi, he also prepared us breakfast, but of course we need to pay. The cleanliness has a huge room to be improved.

The Bullet Hotel has a bullet train design concept outlook.Total should have less than 30 rooms.Room is nice and clean.Very simple furnishings.Would be nice if the room come with a work desk & chair.Toilel bowl flush is very weak.No cotton buds is provided.When we asked the hotel say they don’t have it.Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast only have chicken or beef pho and fried egg.No buffet as stay in rate is low when we stay on a weekday.Seem like only few room is booked.So it doesn’t make economy sense for hotel to serve buffet according to the staffs there.
