My family had an okay stay. We booked 3 rooms and all but one was not okay. The TV didn't work, and the manager came up to the room, and all he said was oh sorry and did nothing to do to fix it. So the night manager might need a little more experience on making guests happy. The night crew at the front desk was awesome, fast check and positive attitude. ..

We stoppen hier op onze weg naar de familie in TN. We hadden zo veel plezier, en het hotel was zo mooi en schoon, we bleven daar op onze weg naar huis. Trip.com was de laagste tentoonstelling die we konden vinden en was redelijk voor een mooi hotel. De bedden waren erg comfortabel, en de douche was erg mooi met overheersende regen van water. We hebben ook tijd besteed aan het casino. Geen grote winsten, maar we verliezen niet elke hand of elke spin, dus het maakte het leuk. Ik blijf hier de volgende keer als ik naar de familie ga.

Hotel is probably the best location in December as parking is not enforced that month. Other times, you’d need to take a shuttle to the hotel from remote parking lots. Location is smack in the middle of town. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The spa looks nice, but we didn’t partake. The hotel has a great vintage feel, as it’s truly original. We loved the hardwood trim, the caged desk clerk and ease of check-in. Definately a trip into history. The elevator was small and painfully slow, so even after a long wait, there was a good chance you couldn’t board due to other guests (and lots of dogs) filling it. No big deal as there’s no need to rush anywhere. Ah, the room. Interesting hardwood bed which was fairly comfortable. Huge with incredibly tall ceilings. Unfortunately that’s about it for positives. Wall a/c and heat far away but very noisy. Bathroom was newer but horribly designed—I’m sure from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was oddly up on a small platform— too small for any function. Shower was also very small with a very long wait for hot water and no control for velocity—you know, a single lever with cold next to off and rotated to hot. Water pressure was weak and I’m glad I only needed one. I wasn’t a fan of the cheap renovation attempts that completely failed the style of the room— modern chrome hardware next to antique bronze. Too bad whoever allowed this was more concerned with cost more than authenticity. The sink was in the bedroom without the slightest bit of privacy. The mirror over the sink was so high, my 5’3 wife had to use her phone on the shelf to see herself. Even my 6’4 self only got the top of my head; the middle of the mirror was 6’6” high. Very bad positioning. All in all, a great hotel with some odd quirks but I’d stay again. It’s a beautiful building.

It was a great experience with a perfect location overlooking the lake Hamilton! Highly recommended

This hotel is excellent. The front desk is always friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location. I would suggest anybody staying in Fort Smith. Stay at this hotel. The only thing I would change is a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms for longer stays.

孟菲斯這個地方還是有點令人恐怖的，酒店總體還行，房間很大很安靜，接待我的服務人員態度比較親切，有一種賓至如歸的感受。早餐簡單管飽。不過看上去周邊環境馬馬虎虎。

They were doing renovations but overall my experience was okay they don’t offer complimentary breakfast so be prepared to pay unless you add it to your room before booking.
