All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

The decor is nice, and the bedding is very comfortable. The only issue is to avoid rooms facing the street. The breakfast offers a good variety and quality, and the staff are quite friendly. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is comfortable and generally good value for money. Room was big and the bedding was very good. The bathroom was a bit old and sometimes had a pipes smell which was unpleasant. The downside is really the location - Al Bat’ha neighborhood is very bad, lots of trash and old buildings, streets are packed with immigrant workers strolling around. Not a very nice place to be in.

The rooms are equipped with complete workstations and high-speed, stable internet, allowing for seamless online project document collaboration for extended periods. The front desk provides multilingual service, making check-in and hotel voucher issuance professional and efficient. They also smoothly assist with accommodation certificates required for projects. The hotel also features a leisure pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work.

Wifi is okay. The hotel service is not sad. There are a lot of equipment in the gym. There is an indoor swimming pool, but it doesn't look clean. I'm not sure if I can swim? It's good when there's a buffet for dinner, but it's so-so when there's no buffet. It's delicious to have milkshakes for breakfast. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, and the scenery of the high-rise buildings is not bad. The geographical location is good, which is in the city center.
