Very nice hotel centrally located for our needs. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. For my mom the coffee candy at the front desk was the high point! The reception desk, with the exception of one man, were very helpful and attentive. If I ever found myself in Iasi again I would stay at the Hotel Unirea again.

Nice stay very clean, you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool and also not much option at breakfast if you are a vegetarian but overall a good experience

The location is fantastic, right next to Palas. The staff in reception were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours before our flight.
The room was great: very comfy BIG bed and great facilities (mini-fridge, TV, good room heating, lots of towels, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries). The only thing that could be improved would be the cleanliness in the shower cabin - the sealant in the shower cabin desperately needed replacing and the shower head and cable need to be cleaned properly (there were noticeable deposits). The water pressure was also pretty low but I think that was because of the cold weather so couldn't really be helped). Other areas of the bathroom and room were spotless.
The breakfast was delicious and there was an option to have breakfast in the room, which we took advantage on on our furst day. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Overall, we had a GREAT stay during a stressful trip and we would definitely stay there again.

I booked a room with a queen bed and got a room with two single beds.
The thermostat didn't allow adjustments of room temperature. The weather was pretty warm, centralized heating was on and as it was very hot in the room.
The small fridge was not working properly having ice build inside.
The hotel location is great, and the included breakfast was excellent.

GGuest UserExcellent location of the hotel in the city center within walking distance from attractions and large supermarkets Bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows I would especially like to note the work of the staff and a varied breakfast with champagne I have stayed in different hotels in the city of Iasi, but this one is distinguished by special comfort and excellent service I highly recommend

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located about 100 m from the city's newest and most popular mall - Palas Mall - and the The Palace of the Romanian Culture (Palatul Culturii). The rooms are very clean although the furniture in the rooms may need some upgrading. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. We loved our stay at Hotel Moldova and would come back again any time.
