De receptioniste Inés, zeer onaangenaam, wilde ons niet goed bedienen en behandelde ons slecht en wilde ons niet goed bedienen. Er was een heel aardige man die mijn kamerprobleem oploste omdat de airconditioning helaas niet bruikbaar is voor slechts één nacht en het was een ervaring, een beetje rampzalig, ik doe een beroep op de president van Portugal zodat wij Spaanse toeristen ons niet gediscrimineerd voelen, niets in het Spaans, geen tv, geen werknemers die goed spreken, geen receptioniste, natuurlijk kom ik niet terug naar Portugal, ah belangrijk feit, het hotel, parkeren moet worden betaald voor 1 uur 2 € Kom op, 24 uur een rampzalige ervaring die we niet zullen herhalen VIVA ESPAÑA

Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly.
The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception.
The hostel is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.

Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie en het personeel is vriendelijk. De hotelfaciliteiten zijn echter nog relatief oud, de badkamer is erg klein en het water op de vloer van de badkamer is moeilijk te drogen... Hoewel er geen warmwaterketel op de kamer is, kun je naar de begane grond gaan om water te halen. Ik heb niet ontbeten, dus ik ken de specifieke situatie niet.

Hoewel de kamer klein is, is deze zeer schoon en comfortabel om in te slapen. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bedienend personeel is erg vriendelijk en enthousiast. Het ontbijt is ook erg lekker. Ze zullen ons vragen of we tevreden zijn met de maaltijd. Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden👍

Dit hotel heeft een zeer goede locatie vlakbij de luchthaven. U kunt de rode metrolijn vanaf de luchthaven nemen en vervolgens de gele of groene lijn naar de dichtstbijzijnde metrohalte, of buslijn 783 van/naar de luchthaven. Het hotel is een luxe 4-sterrenhotel met comfortabele bedden en een zeer goed ontbijt. Ik raad het aan voor een overnachting na een vlucht, maar ook voor een langer verblijf om Lissabon te bezoeken, aangezien het zeer gunstig gelegen is ten opzichte van het openbaar vervoer.

Correu tudo muito bem.
Muito simpáticos, a cama e almofadas super confortáveis, a decoração do quarto era minimalista mas mt bem pensada, a varanda mesmo de frente ao Mar foi realmente o que cativou, adormecer e acordar com o som do Mar.... Otimo...
O spa era muito bom, a piscina exterior tambem recomendo.
O restaurante serviu um PA super completo e nutritivo.
Almoçamos no restaurante, comida em quantidades certas e comida saborosa, tivemos 5% de desconto por sermos hóspedes

De ruimte in de kamer en de kledingkast zijn vrij groot. Het dekbed was ongemakkelijk en had aan alle kanten openingen en was er niet mee bedekt. Toen ik in slaap viel, stapte ik in het dekbedovertrek en mijn lichaam zat onder de puinhoop. De schoonmaakdienst is erg onbeleefd. Ze bonzen op je deur tijdens het stofzuigen in de gang. Het maakt ze niet eens uit of er gasten binnen zijn. De ober klopt alleen op de deur als hij de deur opent kan het zelfs dringend beantwoorden.

Plezier gegarandeerd dankzij een buitenzwembad of geniet van het uitzicht vanuit een terras en een tuin. Enkele voorzieningen van deze bed & breakfast zijn gratis wifi, een gemeenschappelijke woonkamer en een picknickplaats.

Locatie: Het hotel ligt bij het belangrijke vervoersknooppunt van Lissabon, Lissabon Oost Station, slechts 600 meter ten noorden ervan. Zeer gemakkelijk in en uit te stappen.
Toeristische attracties: Neem de metro vanaf station Oost om diverse bezienswaardigheden te bereiken.
Cateringservice: Het ontbijt is rijk aan variatie.
Voorzieningen in de omgeving: Er zijn supermarkten van verschillende groottes binnen een straal van 500 meter. Winkelen is handig.
Nadelen: In heel Lissabon zijn de trottoirs bijna volledig geplaveid met kleine vierkante stenen (zie foto). Als u dus een grote koffer meeneemt naar Lissabon, moet u goed voorbereid zijn. De katrol zal beschadigd raken of het zal moeilijk zijn om te bewegen. Maar dit is niet de schuld van het hotel.

Excellent location and room size. Everything was clean and service at the hotel was friendly and efficient.
Amenities were very good but such a good hotel deserved another level of bath and shower products. Great to have a coffee machine and kettle at the room. Great balcony.

Very Good
Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

Good hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.

Amazing
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

Fantastic location with fantastic staff. The staff was very helpful with directions and helping me find whatever I needed whether it was sightseeing advice or late evening travel supplies like soda water. They went above and beyond.

This hotel is in a very good location near the airport you could take the metro red line from the airport then the yellow or green line to the closets metro stop to the hotel or take the bus number 783 from/to the airport. The hotel is 4 star luxury comfortable beds and very good breakfast. I recommend for airport stays or even for longuer stays to visit Lisbon as very convenient to public transport

Beautiful place, and beautiful views, clean and tidy. I was in a shared dorm and was three bunk beds high :/, room was cool with Aircon. Nice shared Kitchen, but oven was broken and even though my food was labelled someone took it:/. But overall a beautiful place, I don't know why everyone is complaining about it being up a hill though, as in Portugal it can't be avoided.

This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar.
