Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi !
We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

是我最喜歡的日式温泉酒店，睡榻榻米布團的那種。周邊的風景也是絕美，宍道湖和温泉街，神社都是不可錯過的！酒店的温泉特別棒，碳酸水很滑，泡完渾身滑溜溜的，不愧為三大美人湯之一！晚餐餐食稍顯不夠精緻和高級，如果不自己加菜，甚至有可能吃不飽，早餐居然沒有温泉蛋，在温泉酒店居然吃不到温泉蛋……

在偏远地区竟然有一間新型酒店提供服務，房间設計簡約，嘆完溫泉♨️有足夠空間投供，有洗衣機干衣机給旅行人仕，休息室发现九龙城寨图册👍离车站大約走五分鈡左右，离店只需放下门卡即可离开。
酒店有服務員能說普通话及越南话。餐廳更提供全日用餐🍽️

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

旅館も町自体もとても心地の良いところでした。
夕食は部屋食で分量もちょうど良くとても美味しかったです。
翌朝の朝食会場になっている旧館は歴史を肌で感じられると思います。夕食後はその旧館でお酒が飲めるのですが、落ち着いた照明の下でノスタルジックな雰囲気を味わえました。

服務一絕 拜託前台幫忙叫出租車去出雲大社 結果根本叫不到車 就開車送我們過去了 太感動了
約了五點半的桑拿 夏天五點半之後太陽沒三四點那麼大了 坐在桑拿房裡看着橙黃色陽光 活着真好 而且洗澡的地方是露天的 做一回野人好開心
缺點是陽台蚊蟲太多 晚飯不好吃…而且上菜巨慢…吃到後面完全沒心情吃飯了…我飲料還剩一口沒喝完放在那居然被收掉了 而且是額外付費飲料 雖然當時也沒心情喝東西了但真的很不爽 早飯茶泡飯很好吃 但是前面的菜太難吃了導致最後上的茶泡飯我沒胃口吃了
p.s.注意防曬防蚊蟲叮咬 這裏紫外線太恐怖了已曬傷 但是陽台浴缸太出片了值得一拍 順便拍蚊子

The dinner was great and the price was right. But there are 8 rooms that are not very good for weekends and need to be early in advance. Since there is nothing to eat nearby, it is best to book dinner on the official website, and you can make a rice ball to take away after eating rice. The breakfast is also very generous, it is Japanese style, and it is very full. The station is inconvenient to the hotel. It is best to rent a car at Izumo Station. If you take JR to Oda, you can taxi but it is difficult to take a taxi. You can let the hotel help you book a taxi.

RREI YSIt’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. However, the staff's service was a bit lukewarm, lacking the attentive attitude one would expect from a hot spring hotel. I hope this can be improved.

TTianxiamishikeThe hotel is in a good location, very close to Ichibata Railway Shinjiko Onsen Station, only two or three minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to take the Ichibata Railway to Izumo Taisha Shrine. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good, including seafood bowls. The hot springs are also good and the baths are very comfortable.
