Wow! From the moment you step into this hotel it is beautiful. The location is literally across the road from the overground rail and you can walk to a lot of places from here too. The room is smaller than the pictures make them look, but they were still bigger than other Japan hotels we have stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I 100% recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel is by the waterfront , but under the highway and away from kokusai Dori. Initial feeling for us was not good as there were some large oil tanks next to the hotel, and the area looked somewhat industrial. There are about 30 parking spaces in the hotel and it costs ¥1500 per night. Stepping into the hotel is a different experience as there are many paintings and artwork on the first floor. The lobby also fantastic view facing the sea and sunset. We stayed on the highest floor (6f ) but I think a lower level could have been better as the highway above seems so close that it appeared in all of the photos taken from the balcony. The room was a bit small, but the interior and furniture were still quite new. You can also go to the rooftop for a beautiful view of Naha at night. The corridor leading to the rooms was probably the least attractive. It is opened air and had water everywhere as it had rained. It was also somewhat dirty and had spider webs in the corridors as well as the balcony of our room. The hotel offers some amenities for pick up in the lobby during check in. Water refills also available in the lobby and rooftop.

Niet zoals verwacht. Ten eerste het aantal hotelkamers dat op trip.com was geboekt. Wij, drie volwassenen en één kind, woonden in een vierpersoonskamer op de begane grond met terras, maar die keek uit op een viaduct dat net in aanbouw was en keek ook uit op de bovenleiding. Het enige waar ik tevreden over ben aan het hotel zijn de nieuwere faciliteiten, de ontbijtomgeving en het goede eten. Het wordt ook aanbevolen om minder plastic ringen te gebruiken om drankjes in te doen om de bescherming van het milieu te ondersteunen!

I stayed at this hotel twice and was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent—very convenient for sightseeing, free shuttles bus to airport, and dining options. The room was basic but clean, and the staff were friendly. Great value overall!

Voor toekomstige gasten die op zoek zijn naar ruimere accommodaties, raad ik aan om iets meer te betalen en te kiezen voor hun ruimere kamers. Dit is de t****e keer dat we in het Okinawa Southern Beach Hotel & Resort verblijven. We zijn met vier personen naar Okinawa gevlogen en konden, naast ons verblijf in Naha, de zon en de stranden niet missen. 🏖 We hebben dit hotel opnieuw gekozen voor ons verblijf in Itoman City. 🌴🌴🌺🌺 We hebben onze vluchten en hotel geboekt via trip.com en de prijs was zeer redelijk. Het is ook erg gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van de IIA's, de outlet mall en Senaga Island. Het hotelpersoneel was erg vriendelijk en beleefd. Gisteren, toen we terugkwamen in het hotel, vond een van onze vrienden een portemonnee die ze in de bus waren vergeten. Ik heb meteen contact opgenomen met het hotelpersoneel voor hulp en ze stelden ons ijverig en toegewijd een paar eenvoudige vragen. Ze hielpen mijn vriend snel de portemonnee te vinden. We zijn het hotelpersoneel enorm dankbaar! ☺️👍🏻 Het dinerbuffet van het hotel biedt een ruime keuze aan gerechten, en veel gerechten getuigen van de zorgvuldige bereiding van de chef. Ook de desserts zijn voortreffelijk. De hotelkamers hebben elk een uniek uitzicht.😍

Het zwembad, de spa en het ontbijt – alles was perfect. Ze hadden zelfs drie bedden voor ons geregeld, wat ontzettend attent was! Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum, dus je kunt er prima eten en winkelen! Er is een folkmuziekrestaurant aan de overkant van de straat, en hun optredens zijn zo populair dat er altijd een rij staat.

Our check-in date happened to coincide with a typhoon in Okinawa. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; despite the strong winds and heavy rain at the front entrance, they still managed to unload our luggage from the car and arranged for us to check in early. We were initially worried about parking safety at the pier, but the parking area inside the pier was actually very safe. Although it cost 2000 yen, which was a bit pricey, there was a semi-open walkway connecting to the hotel, so you wouldn't get wet in the rain unless it was a typhoon. The newly opened hotel was even more beautiful in person than in the renderings. While the weather wasn't as expected, we still enjoyed soaking in the clean and modern public bath, grabbing snacks at the Lawson shopping mall downstairs, taking a nap, and enjoying a delicious cocktail and a high-quality dinner at the hotel restaurant. We booked a bayside twin room with a fantastic view and extremely comfortable bedding. The spacious bedroom had a large sofa and a huge TV, but the bathroom and washbasin were a bit cramped. However, since we had access to the large public bath, it was all quite comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient for those driving, with a fish market and supermarket nearby. The pier for outlying islands is right downstairs; many popular island snorkeling and diving destinations depart from this pier. The hotel also offers several summer water sports packages. For those driving or without a car, you can consider taking a boat from another pier to the north to avoid traffic jams. In terms of location, it's convenient for those driving or travelers wanting to visit outlying islands. It's close to the city center but has a resort-like feel. It's over 15 minutes' walk to Kokusai Street, and the monorail isn't close either. If you want to shop on Kokusai Street, book a hotel on Kokusai Street. However, there seems to be a bus to the airport at the front entrance. Overall, the accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and if the price is reasonable, I would definitely consider staying a few nights next time to plan a trip to the outlying islands.
