Hotel location is behind a few malls with many options for food. For a parking spot it costs 1000yen from check in to check out. It was a good hotel with a main and annex building. It’s starting to look its age but can see the staff very hardworking and friendly which is always a plus. I hope the hotel can start to refurbish in stages as the room has many scuff marks however it’s a good place for one or two nights stay. Thank you.

Gorgeous views and fantastic food! A great spot! Also very close to the waterfalls and an easy hike up. Great for relaxing and enjoying seasonal foods! Was a lovely break from my typically packed itineraries. Everyone was super friendly and they had multilingual staff.

ホテルの部屋が清潔で、部屋着が糊付けされていて着心地がよかったです。アメニティも十分でホテルの方も親切でした。ホテルからすぐ側のコンビニが日立駅にあるので便利でした。日立駅の朝日が見たかったのですが、ホテルの窓からは見えませんでした。 でも、ホテルの日立駅側の道路や駅の広場、駅の中から綺麗に見られたのでよかったです。とてもいい思い出になりました。

The hotel is high with ample parking space. Rooms are clean n bed comfortable. Only deviation is hotel serve English bf though sufficient but lack variety . For the past weeks of travel this is the only hotel we came across serving western bf only. .overall we are satisfied! Hotel supplies L'OCCITANE toiletries

浴槽やシャワーヘッドに髪の毛が付着していたので清掃をきちんとして欲しいと思いました。 朝食付きのプランでしたが、安くてとても良心的だとおもいます。敷地内の駐車場が足りない感じでチェックインが遅いと不便です。

It was a lovely family stay in this property.The room was Japanese style which was very wide . There was a public bath onsen and private family onsen with the beautiful sea view,which we used comfortably as it was not busy because of the week day I guess. The train station is also a few minutes from the hotel . Overall we enjoyed it..

AAnonymous UserService: The receptionists were incredibly patient and attentive, providing excellent service. They showed me bus routes, helped me book a taxi, and offered the hotel's bicycle rental service – perfect! I also apologize for the inconvenience I caused the hotel due to my own negligence; it was a lifesaver! I haven't used cash in China for over ten years, I'll be more mindful in the future. Environment: The pictures show the nearby Tsukuba Library and HAL events. Environment: There's a coffee shop on the first floor connecting area. I strongly advise all tourists to avoid it. A tiny cup of coffee, about 100ml, costs nearly 700 yen – seven times the price of a vending machine! The service is also terrible. No wonder no Japanese people drink there; the surrounding area is mostly used for studying. The food area was empty for several days. MMeixiangI stayed with my child during the summer vacation. Check-in at the front desk was also smooth. The private open-air bath was a great reward. There is also a 2-hour frame. I entered and exchanged with my daughter, and I lay in a chair and the wind came in comfortably and fell asleep. The futon was also fluffy. It was a pity that the dressing area was small and hot in the large communal bath.

CCHUN-YEN SUIt was quite a comfortable stay. The help in making the bed was very considerate. The large bathtub was also excellent. In terms of cleaning, I noticed that there were spider webs on the pillars and I hope they can be improved. Everything else was good.

GGuest UserWhen traveling to this somewhat remote place on business, to be honest there won’t be many Chinese tourists passing by. The hotel was a surprise. Although the facilities are slightly old, they are extremely well maintained. There is a Filipino waiter in the hotel who can speak English and give us various introductions. But others know neither English nor Chinese. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, with the seaside below. You can see beautiful scenery from the corridor windows, including the hot springs. The room is huge and has a spacious balcony, which is private and comfortable. Breakfast is only He's, but I'm basically used to it. The only thing lacking is that there are very few towels in the room, only two small towels and no bath towels at all, which is strange.

GGuest UserI often stay here when I'm in Mito. It's an old, typical business hotel, but the staff are very friendly and I always have a comfortable stay. The breakfast menu is the same every time, but it's delicious, so I think it's very reasonable for a room rate that includes breakfast.

ささくら☺️The hotel room was clean, and the loungewear was starched and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful and the hotel staff were very friendly. There was a convenience store right next to the hotel, which was conveniently located at Hitachi Station. I wanted to see the sunrise over Hitachi Station, but I couldn't see it from the hotel window. However, I was glad that I could see it beautifully from the road on the Hitachi Station side of the hotel, the station plaza, and from inside the station. It was a wonderful memory.

GGuest UserI wanted you to clean it properly because my hair was attached to the bathtub and shower head. It was a plan with breakfast, but I think it is cheap and very conscientious. It is inconvenient if check-in is slow due to the lack of parking on the premises.
