We verbleven in de tweepersoons deluxe hut met mijn vriend en die was erg comfortabel (verwacht echter niet te veel ruimte, want het is vrij krap voor twee personen, maar het was nog steeds schoon en comfortabel).
De badkamer was schoon, net als alles; het personeel was supervriendelijk en meertalig en ze boden zelfs gratis welkomstdrankjes aan. Het ontbijt was geweldig (cornetti, ontbijtgranen, toast en koffie).
Om de hoek waren er veel opties, we aten een bruschetta in de buurt die om te smullen was.
Ik kom hier zeker weer terug als ik terug ben in Milaan!

Het hotel ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het dichtstbijzijnde station. Parkeren was ook gratis. We genoten van het fruit, gebak en gebak tijdens het ontbijt.
Bij aankomst gaven we feedback dat de wastafel in de badkamer verstikt was en niet snel stroomde. Het werd zeer snel verholpen.
Er is ook een kleine supermarkt, gunstig gelegen tegenover het hotel.

De service van het hotel is erg goed. Er was een probleem met de airconditioning in mijn kamer en de receptie hielp me tijdig met een oplossing. Hoewel het probleem niet werd opgelost, kreeg ik een gratis flesje koud bier. Het was nog steeds prima. Ik heb ook erg goed geslapen. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, zoals de meeste Europese hotelontbijten.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf hier en het personeel bij de receptie is super behulpzaam. Ik vroeg ook om mijn kamer te veranderen omdat ik het toilet niet leuk vond, omdat ze me eerst een kamer met een invalidentoilet gaven, en toen ik vroeg om te veranderen, veranderden ze het onmiddellijk voor mij. Locatie was ook superhandig, de metro was slechts 3 minuten verwijderd, en er zijn supermarkten en een winkelcentrum op 5-8 minuten afstand, allemaal op loopafstand?
Het enige dat ik niet leuk vond en dat beter had gekund, is het diner; Ik bestelde zalm met aardappelpuree en ik was verrast toen het op mijn tafel arriveerde... het leek alsof het bevroren was en net uit de magnetron kwam...

Dit hotel is echt leuk! Zodra u binnenkomt, wordt u aangetrokken door de luxueuze inrichting. De lobby is ruim en licht, waardoor u zich op uw gemak voelt. Het hotelpersoneel is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, waardoor u zich thuis voelt.
Het ontwerp van de kamer is zeer elegant en smaakvol. Het bed is comfortabel en zacht en ik heb goed geslapen. Ook de kamerfaciliteiten en uitrusting zijn zeer compleet.
Het restaurant in het hotel is ook erg goed. Het ontbijt is rijk aan variatie, heerlijk en zeer bevredigend.
De locatie van het hotel is ook erg handig, dicht bij het stadscentrum en toeristische attracties, en het vervoer is handig.
Over het geheel genomen is dit hotel een van de mooiste hotels waar ik ooit heb verbleven. Vanaf het inchecken tot het vertrek was de hele ervaring zeer bevredigend. Als ik de kans krijg, zal ik zeker weer in dit hotel verblijven.

Het is een goed hotel, maar de locatie is niet echt ideaal, want er is geen openbaar vervoer behalve de shuttlebus van het hotel die, als ik me niet vergis, 11 euro kost. Er zijn maar vijf restaurants in de buurt. Dit hotel is aan te raden voor mensen met een auto, omdat het er erg rustig is.

Paradijs van rust en ruimte in een ontspannen sfeer - kamperen met aangrenzend vakantieverblijf. Het werd gebouwd binnen de muren van een voormalig 14e-eeuws klooster. Het prachtige uitzicht strekt zich uit tot aan het Gardameer aan de ene kant en de Dolomieten aan de andere kant. Great hotel in terms of the cleanliness and design. Staff can be more helpful and friendly. No water available in the room though, would have been better if there were adequate amenities. Location is not super central and good enough to access Central Area with ample transportation means.

GGuest UserIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.

SSaravpStaff was amazing very welcoming, was given a voucher for a free drink loved it! Also very attentive to all our questions.
Location wasn’t too bad nearest train/metro was roughly a 10-15min walk not bad at all.
Views from room obviously just main roads.
Washroom was very clean as well maybe minor issues but overall very good.

TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.

GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!

Facilities were great, with some complimentary fruits, veggies, and condiments, plus a self-serve drink station (though some items like towels incur a charge). My roommates were lovely too. AAlexanderWe booked 3 superior rooms, specifying king-size beds in our wishes. Upon check-in, one of the rooms turned out to have twin beds. After discussing it with the reception, this room was changed. Next, it turned out that all three rooms were intended for disabled people, the bathrooms in these rooms were different from the bathrooms shown both in the photo on trip.com and in the photo on the hotel website. After explaining the situation, the receptionist replied that in their system standard rooms and rooms for disabled people are not different, but in fact we did not receive the rooms we booked. The receptionist firstly changed one room to a standard one, and after several dozen minutes, changed another one. The third standard room was not available that day. As a result, the check-in procedure, which usually takes about 10 minutes, took us about an hour and a half, and during this time we were running around and moving our luggage from floor to floor. The receptionist promised to come up later with some kind of compensation but nothing was offered.
And then there's more. At the end of our stay, one of the rooms was being cleaned during breakfast. When we came to the door of the room there was a sign on it saying ”do not enter, cleaning in progress”. After the cleaning was completed, it turned out that about 1000 euros were missing from a bag lying next to the TV. We went to the reception and the hotel manager, Mr. Bernardo, came out to us. The manager promised to execute an investigation and about half an hour later we received a call from him that the investigation was complete. He explained that the inspection of the cleaning staff did not reveal anything, and only suggested contacting the police.
As a result, these two incidents seriously ruined our stay at the hotel, and the hotel did not provide any compensation. Non-transparent information about the conditions of check-in and, worst of all, theft in the rooms - so you should think and decide for yourself, are you ready to meet this or not.

GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.
