De omgeving en faciliteiten van het hotel zijn erg goed, het personeel is ook erg aardig en er zijn supermarkten en McDonald's in de buurt. Het hotel heeft geen lift, maar het vriendelijke personeel hielp ons om te veranderen naar een kamer op de eerste verdieping. Heel erg bedankt. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid, wat een goede keuze is voor een kort verblijf met de auto.

Servizio eccellente sotto ogni aspetto: il personale è stato accogliente, cordiale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio grazie alla loro professionalità e gentilezza. L’attenzione ai dettagli e la cura verso il cliente hanno reso la nostra esperienza davvero piacevole e senza alcuna nota negativa. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e non possiamo che consigliare questo posto a chiunque cerchi qualità e ospitalità autentica.

Ottimo albergo servizio come le pulizie impeccabili, camera standard un po’ piccola ma buona…gli unici due nei il servizio spa che potrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo e secondo la struttura è un po’ lontana dalle piste da sci …ma nel complesso ci ritorneremo

Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La struttura mostra evidenti segni del tempo, con ascensore, arredi e stile generale che rimandano agli anni '80-'90, trasmettendo una sensazione di vecchio poco curata.
La colazione, a 10€ a persona, non è risultata adeguata al prezzo richiesto. L'offerta era limitata nella scelta e presentata in modo poco invitante, con prodotti di qualità inferiore rispetto ad altre catene alberghiere dove ho pagato anche meno (7€). La presenza di creme spalmabili sottomarca invece di marchi più noti è solo un esempio della scarsa attenzione alla qualità.
Infine, un disservizio inaccettabile: nonostante gli ospiti fossero due, sono stati forniti asciugamani per una sola persona, segno di poca attenzione ai dettagli basilari dell'accoglienza.
Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente e consiglierei una seria revisione sia delle strutture che dei servizi offerti.

This is a newer hotel situated in a perfect location. The rooms are large, clean and modern. There is a bus stop across the street and a taxi stand next to the front entrance. It has a cafe attached to the building and a restaurant on the first floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful…I will definitely return!

The hotel is in a quiet and quiet location, but at the same time very comfortable to reach the longshore. The rooms were very clean, the check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and available.
The only small look that can be improved: during breakfast, while I was the only client present, I saw the shift between the night doormaster and the morning secretary. The latter condemned the colleague in a little courteous voice and a little embarrassing situation for those who were listening.

CChristutiStaff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

Additionally, staff was extremely kind and helpful, always willing to assist or offer suggestions or recommendations, making my stay here an ideal location. An experience not to be missed on your travels!

Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso hotel con Spa e non possiamo che lodare ogni aspetto dell’esperienza. La prenotazione tramite Trip è stata rapida ed efficiente, permettendoci di organizzare tutto in pochi clic e senza alcun intoppo.
Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità da uno staff attento e cordiale, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La camera era splendida: spaziosa, luminosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort.
La Spa è incantevole: ambienti curati, atmosfera rilassante e trattamenti rigeneranti, un’esperienza sensoriale vivamente consigliata.
Ottima anche la colazione: un trionfo di sapori e qualità! Dalle opzioni dolci alle proposte salate, tutto era fresco, vario e presentato con grande cura.
