Hotels met bar in South Sumatra, Indonesia

De incheckregels zijn wel erg omslachtig... we moesten ongeveer 40 minuten in de rij wachten en de kamer was om 14:59 uur nog steeds niet beschikbaar. De locatie is verborgen, achter een ander gebouw. De kamer is prima. De service van het personeel is 10/10. Locatie 6/10

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

Good food, but room towel and bed sheet/cover were not good enough. It will be better to change the towel and bed sheet when it tore or the color change

Het ontbijtmenu is gewoon, koud en hard. De dori-vis is hard en koud, de pempek is hard, de kip met zoete pindasaus is net gado... de smaak is vreemd, je verliest er je eetlust van... sorry, er staat veel eten op tafel dat niet wordt opgegeten en dus wordt verspild... de bediening bij het ontbijt is niet vriendelijk, ze kijken nors en geïrriteerd... heel anders dan in eerdere recensies... er zijn maar een paar bewakers aan het werk... ze reageren traag als ze iets op de trolley willen hebben staan ​​of als er iets niet wordt opgegeten.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.
