Room: Standard Double or Twin Room
The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels.
Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety.
Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches.
✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.

驅車來到美麗的庫塔伊西，酒店不大，服務很好，沒有停車場，服務人員會幫你指定停在酒店旁路邊，房間不大但很乾凈，早餐不算豐富，但吃的很舒服，服務很好，酒店位置特別好，就在噴泉附近，一個慢生活的小城市，一個特別適合city walk的小城，非常喜歡。

Провели прекрасные два дня в этом отеле. Жили в центральном корпусе, номера чистые, удобные кровати, есть диван, столик, холодильник, чайник, стаканы, чай/кофе. Чистая бутылизированная вода для каждого гостя. Вся сантехника исправно работает. Завтраки проходят в ресторане на 1 этаже, каждый сможет найти для себя что-то вкусное. Очень красивая территория отеля, есть зоны отдыха с гамаками и качелями, выход к реке. Игровая зона для малышей. Несколько бассейнов, сауна и хамам.
В бассейн так же приходят гости ”из вне”, поэтому народу много до самого вечера. Хотя, возможно у нас так было, из-за выходных дней.
Ужинали на территории отеля, в ресторане в виде квеври, готовят быстро, вкусно.
В общем, остались довольны местом на 100%.

Отличное место для остановки на одну ночь.
Очень чистые номера.
Есть кондиционер, которым можно нагреть помещение. Да, там прохладно, особенно в душевой, возможно дело в том, что была зима.
Завтрак не попробовали, так как его подают с 9 часов утра)

Хороший отель. По расположению немного далековато от центра, но в целом это не критично. Номер просторный, чистый, в номере есть всё необходимое. Нас заселили в номер в балкончиком и с хорошим видом, что нас очень порадовало. Каждый день проводилась уборка, меняли полотенца и туалетную бумагу, добавляли воду, чай и кофе. Завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные. На крыше есть терраса с баром, кальяном, музыкой и красивым видом. Но мы ею так и не воспользовались. Решили заглянуть туда уже перед отъездом из отеля чисто посмотреть что там и были приятно удивлены. У нас был вечерний вылет, поэтому после чекаута мы решили оставить багаж в отеле и забрать его вечером. Отдельной комнаты для багажа в отеле нет, мы оставили багаж на ресепшене, но всё прошло хорошо, когда мы вернулись, багаж лежал на своём месте, ничего не пропало. Единственным минусом номера могу назвать неудачное решение душа, а именно зазор между порогом и стеклянной перегородкой, через который во время купания проникала вода и затапливала ванную комнату. В остальном всё в порядке.

KKarenGThis is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

GGuest UserThe hostel is located in the middle of the highlights very well. You live with a Russian family who have refunctioned their house. Unfortunately it is very noisy and bright and is hardly to hope for the hosts' enemy. In addition, the ceilings in the ground floor are at the highest point 2m and, for example, in the bathroom only 1.85m high.

GGuest UserI often stay at high-level hotels around the world and I can say confidently: This hotel in Kutaisi meets the highest premium standards. Space, design, light and air here create an atmosphere of calm elegantness, where you feel in harmony and comfort. Each detail is designed so that the rest is not just convenient, but inspiring.
I would especially like to note the work of the resepshen, namely Nino. His smile, attention and sincere willingness to help made my stay really warm and perfect. The settlement passed quickly and easily, my wishes were taken into account, and I got a magnificent room with the view of the mountains ideal place for rest and restoration of forces.
I also want to thank the waiter at the Guri restaurant for the attention and sensitivity that made every meal a special one. And I thank the manager of the Lane Hotel, whose participation and care made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
It is such people who create the same aurora of the premium hotel when you feel like a valuable guest.

IInna SamoilovaWe stayed for 3 nights, it turned out to be 2 full days in Kutaisi. For us, the location was convenient, I arrived from Tbilisi by train. The hotel is next to the train station. Check-in is fast. The room is spacious enough, a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, they give 0.5 water daily. Bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room. We walked around the main sights of Kutaisi, from the hotel to the central square about 20 minutes. We were quite satisfied with the chosen hotel.
