家族で1部屋、40000円程度でこんな可愛らしい御伽話の中のような家に泊まれるのは信じられないくらい素敵な経験でした！ まるでフランスにお家を買ったような、感動的な気持ちにさせてくれます。 お庭は美しく、アメニティも（石鹸類やコーヒー、お茶、ヘアドライヤー、タオルなど）たくさんあります。スタッフも優しく、とても心地よい滞在でした。 残念なことは一つだけ、電波が弱すぎてWi-Fiがつながらないことでした。しかし、無料の電波に繋ぐことができるようスタッフは最大限の努力をしてくれましたし、私はeSIMを持っているので大きな問題ではありませんでした。問題は父です。そもそもなぜ旅行先に仕事を持って来なければならないのか不思議ですし、テザリングなどいくらでもやりようはあるのに、PCが使えず仕事ができないとイライラしていました。なので、滞在する人は仕事を片付けてから来てください。 そうしたら、本当に素敵な経験ができます。生憎時間がなく、素敵なテラスで朝ごはんをいただく優雅な経験はできませんでした。ですが、その経験のためにもまた戻って来たいと思える素敵な宿でした！ 街の位置からして容易に旅行に行ける場所ではありませんが、特に日本の人はこの場所が大好きだと思います。日本には絶対にない雰囲気、景色ですから…海外の方がなぜ伝統的な日本家屋に泊まりたがるのかが理解できました。みんなにしってもらいたい気持ちと、ずっと秘密にしておきたい気持ち半々です。 ベッド数も十分で、トイレとシャワールームも分かれています！

Great hotel, location is perfect and near the city center. It has secure parking which is easily accessible from the hotel. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus!

Het hotel bevindt zich binnen de poort. Ze bieden een parkeerplaats aan voor € 12,50, veel goedkoper dan parkeren buiten. Het personeel kan de toegangscode geven. Er rijdt elke 10 minuten tot 1 uur 's nachts een shuttlebus naar Mont Saint-Michel direct voor het hotel. De kamer is schoon en comfortabel. Het tapijt buiten is echter wat oud. Het deed me denken aan een motel in de Verenigde Staten. Al met al is het een goed verblijf en erg handig voor een bezoek aan Mont Saint-Michel.

What to say about this beautiful mansion/castle… It is a gorgeous building, with a gorgeous park, and gorgeous potential. But unfortunately I believe it is also a very difficult and expensive business for the owners to keep up with not only the style/deco, cleanliness of the amenities and labour charges for the service. The staff we met was really sweet and helpful to us, but surely overworked and multitasking at everything. I have plenty I could discuss here, there is so much that could be done to make this castle hotel experience as a premium one. But, am not the owner, I don’t have the responsibility and the stress of maintaining a HUGE place with limited revenue and forever overheads to deal with…. I’d like everyone here to think that when you are choosing to stay in a castle, and you pay only €160 a night, you cannot expect the results of a €350 one. So, yes, there are many things to improve at BelleFontaine, but please, do continue to stay there, dear Travellers, to allow the owners and their family members, to take care of their castle. Thank you for them. (If the owners want me to tell what I would recommend… contact me! )

Abattant wc pas adapté. Parking un peu cher. Petit déjeuner un peu cher, peut-être proposer un petit déjeuner plus simple et un plus complet à des prix différents. Hotel propre et peu bruyant. Ensemble agréable. Personnel souriant et rendant service. Un petit séjour agréable.

Celebrating birthday for my son in this hotel. Lovely to stay in 13 century hotel a very good experience. Room is spacious, lucky we have many luggages our room is on the ground floor with backyard. The food in restaurant is good but the tables are too close with the next tables.

This hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen). Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable. Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey. The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights. Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy.

De hotelfaciliteiten zijn vrij nieuw. De receptioniste bij de receptie is erg vriendelijk en kan goed in het Engels communiceren. De hotelkamer-tv was het enige hotel waar we tijdens ons verblijf in Frankrijk verbinding konden maken met wifi en het scherm normaal konden casten?, wat geweldig is!
