Hotels met bar in Jilin, China

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

De servicegerichtheid is erg goed en ik ben zeer tevreden. Het hotel is sfeervol, comfortabel en kostenbesparend. Het ontbijt is bijzonder heerlijk. De bestelde afhaalrestaurants worden allemaal bezorgd door robots. Het is hightech en er zijn veel winkelcentra in de buurt Het is echt kosteneffectief. Ik zal deze plek kiezen als ik in de toekomst naar Jilin kom. Echt een aanrader. waard.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed for perfect rest. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout. The hotel’s facilities were also outstanding. The dining options offered delicious and fresh meals, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, creating a great environment to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail. Whether it was the swift response to requests, the warm greetings from staff, or the overall cleanliness and organization, everything reflected true hospitality.

This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil.

The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

Dit is een prachtig hotel! De sfeer van het hotel is zeer aangenaam. In de lobby van het hotel zijn er items uit het Harry Potter film universum. U kunt een paar foto's nemen. Dit is een geweldig aanbod voor fans van deze film. De locatie van het hotel is dicht bij de winkelcentra, een bushalte, cafés en restaurants. schone en gezellige. Grote bedden, zachte kousen, warme klemmen. Het vochtige gebied is gescheiden van de droge. Smart toiletsysteem. Delicate en diverse ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Ik stel voor om dit hotel te boeken! Ik wil hier weer en weer terugkomen.

這次和朋友帶狗狗來長春玩，選了康鉑酒店（長春人民廣場桂林路店），體驗感直接拉滿！ 📍位置超讚：就在桂林路商圈，離人民廣場也很近，逛街、出行都特別方便。 🐾寵物友好：作為一家市中心的酒店，能做到真正的寵物友好真的太加分了！前台看到狗狗特別熱情，還主動提醒我們注意事項，房間裏也提前做了清潔，完全不用擔心異味或衞生問題，毛孩子也玩得很開心。 🛏️房間體驗：我們住的尊享大床房，空間寬敞，床品是夢百合床墊，躺上去又軟又有支撐力，一覺睡到天亮。房間乾淨整潔，設施也很新，智能設備用起來很順手，細節處都很貼心。 💁服務滿分：從辦理入住到退房，全程都感受到了工作人員的熱情和專業。有任何需求都響應得很快，態度也特別好，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖。 總之，無論是位置、衞生、環境還是服務，都遠超預期。下次來長春，這裏絕對是我的首選！強烈推薦給來長春旅遊，尤其是帶寵物出行的朋友們！✅

It was around 26 degrees in the room, but they had a policy of no air-conditioners operating at this time of year. The air-conditioner was recording the temperature. Their solution was for us to open a window, but then the noise and pollution was a factor. They eventually provided a stand-up fan which did not completely resolve the issue. I have to assume this was being done as a cost saving exercise as the restaurant had air-conditioning.

Dit was mijn eerste keer in Changchun en ik verbleef in het Changbaishan Hotel. Ik ben Tingting enorm dankbaar voor hun hartelijke service en hulp! Vooral toen we aan het uitchecken waren, was ik mijn powerbank vergeten in het hotel. Tingting hielp ons met het regelen van de bezorging en hielp me met de communicatie met de bezorger. Ze was erg verantwoordelijk. Professionele service en een hartelijke houding zijn de beste reclame voor het hotel. Bedankt, Tingting. Het hotel heeft mijn zoon en mij een upgrade gegeven naar een familiekamer. Heel erg bedankt! De familiekamer was erg handig. De wasruimte bevindt zich op de begane grond. Mijn zoon vond de inrichting ook mooi. Ik heb twee suggesties: 1. Overweeg een klein bureau in de familiekamer te plaatsen, zodat het kind huiswerk kan maken of iets dergelijks. 2. Een prullenbak in de badkamer zou het helemaal perfect maken. Nogmaals bedankt, Tingting! Het Changbaishan Hotel is geweldig, het ontbijt is uitgebreid! Mijn kind vond het geweldig en de locatie is gunstig! Ik kom hier zeker terug de volgende keer dat ik in Changchun ben!

This is the second time we stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfu as usual, and rooms are confortable. We appreciate the location, as the metro station is downright under the hotel building and there are a lot of small restaurants for breakfast or dinner nearby. Unfortunatelly, because of winter temperature, we could not enjoy the rooftop.
