The hotel location is near to WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street for a short distance walk to Metro XinBaiGuangChang. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful where one of the staff went extra miles to assist my queries and request. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. A decent breakfast buffet spread. Do take note that their hotel lobby is located at level 31 and you can do your laundry at the same level.

比較了好幾家感覺這應該是性價比高的民宿。一進房間感覺空間很開闊，簡約清新的裝修看着舒服，尤其是有一個大面積的玻璃窗讓屋裡採光很好，休息着就很得勁。而且窗外能看到草原、風車和露營天幕，從我們這過來第一次看見這種風景。很美，哈哈哈
屋內有大屏電視看着很爽😀其他的設施也很全。床應該是比較好的吧，躺在上面很舒服。雖然是木地板但是沒有異響，打掃得很乾凈，屋裡還有綠植點綴，讓房間很有氛圍感
民宿帶獨立小院，還有草坪，超級超級大！感覺在這拍照、野餐都合適。位置去七彩森林、中國馬鎮、大汗行宮車程都很短，出行遊玩很方便。最最最重要的是老闆待人超級熱情周到，有任何遊玩問題都會耐心解答，從吃到玩都給我們介紹的很到位！體驗感非常好！看老闆這麼熱情所以值得寫這麼多給大家推薦，祝老闆生意興隆😎

Ik vind het ontwerp heel geweldig. Ik kwam hier in de winter, het is goed, vrij koud. De locatie voor andere aranya attracties zijn niet op wandelbare afstand, maar u kunt altijd gratis onbeperkte ritten direct naar de locatie met het hotelpersoneel. Het hele concept van Aranya is bijzonder. Oké, de hal is cool en mooi. Ik heb de party kamer gereserveerd die gemakkelijk geschikt is voor 8 personen. Scenario is niets, maar het is comfortabel, als je meer dan vier mensen blijven, herinner je om meer handdoeken voor douche te vragen, slechts 1 toilet beschikbaar. Pas op je hoofd, iedereen klopte op hun hoofden toen hij naar bed ging zoals in de foto. De warmer is super efficiënt... we zweten in de winter im kamer.

This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan.
Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes.
What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

GGuest UserThis was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

GGuest User180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.

AAnonymous UserOn my way to Changchun, I randomly picked a hotel in a central location to rest, and it turned out to be amazing! There are actually very few amenities nearby; it's just this one magnificent 'castle' hotel nestled halfway up a hill, but seeing it was enough to impress me.
The suite was huge, easily one of the top three largest suites I've ever stayed in across the country. All the furnishings were so 'princess-like' – truly a princess's castle! From the design of the lamps to the shape of the bathtub, it truly earned the title 'manor castle.' The front desk lady who checked me out was very polite, and I absolutely loved their body lotion. She even specifically asked housekeeping to find the exact same one for me. I had already gone to the restaurant to eat, and she chased me down there just to tell me which one it was. Breakfast for the suite can be delivered to the room, and it's quite varied.
Now for the downsides: the showerhead in my previous room was broken. And there was a girl at the front desk with allergies who kept sneezing. We understand that, but I think it would be better if she wore a mask when serving customers. Since we arrived on a Monday, it felt like we were the only guests in the entire building, so it was very quiet. We arrived at 9:30 PM, and the hotel doesn't offer late-night snacks. Around 8:30 PM, I contacted the hotel butler hoping to have the hotel restaurant save a few dishes for us, but it turned out the restaurant closed around 8 PM. The bellboy was very young and a bit shy. When I was carrying my things out, he clearly wanted to help and ask if I needed anything, but he seemed to think about it for a long time, scratched his head, and then retreated to the side, haha! 😂
Because of the lush vegetation, the hotel has a good ecosystem and there are even little stray dogs, which are very cute – I personally love them. You'll also see many women dressed as princesses taking photos, and some even taking wedding photos. I'll definitely come back to stay a few more nights and experience it again.

This particular stretch of beach is less crowded and very clean, and the wooden boardwalk and pavilions are perfect for photos. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy a walk along the shore in the evening. The room had an excellent view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues I had. Dining options nearby were also plentiful. The value for money was outstanding! I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Qinhuangdao for a vacation!

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy. We booked a family room, which had two double beds and a bunk bed, perfect for a family trip. The biggest advantage, of course, is the ski-in/ski-out access directly to Genting Ski Resort. You can even see Su Yiming's training big air ramp from the restaurant! It's definitely the best hotel in the Genting ski area. You absolutely must book the ski-and-stay package that includes ski passes. On busy weekends, it's also essential to book the one with fast passes, as it makes a huge difference. Honestly, apart from Thaiwoo and Aranya, the hotels in Chongli generally aren't that great. However, Genting has excellent snow and less wind, and Genting Grand Hotel is already the best hotel at Genting Ski Resort.

Parking is convenient; if you become a town member, you get free parking, and the underground garage is heated. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room suite with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for making a simple breakfast. The room also came with a washing machine and dryer, and the shower gel and shampoo were from a good brand, which I really appreciated. The butler-style service was particularly noteworthy—very attentive. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very warm; despite it being over -20 degrees Celsius outside, it was a cozy 25 degrees inside. Although its location isn't directly above the ski rental hall and lacks a view, it's very quiet at night. Plus, it's only a two-minute walk to the slopes once you're geared up.
