"The hotel location is near to WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street for a short distance walk to Metro XinBaiGuangChang. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful where one of the staff went extra miles to assist my queries and request. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. A decent breakfast buffet spread. Do take note that their hotel lobby is located at level 31 and you can do your laundry at the same level."

"Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too."
