This hotel is located within the forest park scenic area, which is very convenient for sightseeing. They also offer a dedicated shuttle service. While dining out isn't very convenient, you can order takeout, and the front desk will arrange for a car to deliver it right to your room. We were traveling with seniors and children, and the hotel thoughtfully suggested that the Jijiandi room type had many steps. They proactively moved us to the Fenghuangtai, which has a spacious private pool. Each room type is situated in its own independent area on the mountain, requiring a ride to access. For our baby's birthday, the hotel decorated the bed and even provided a cake – a very thoughtful touch! We experienced a distinct musty smell near the headboard due to the rain that day, which is understandable. It's a completely different experience than staying by the sea and definitely worth trying!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to the exceptional service from our butler, Xiao Jin. I have to commend her highly. From her proactive inquiries about any special needs before check-in, handling the check-in process, reserving our dinner table, to assisting with various requests during our stay, and even arranging airport transfer after we checked out – Xiao Jin was always patient, responsive, and meticulously thorough. Her attentiveness to detail was evident, never intrusive, yet always there when needed. The professional and thoughtful service made our stay incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I'm thoroughly satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Yalong Bay, specifically by the Yalong Bay Totem Pole. The surrounding area offers plenty of shopping and dining options. While a few of the hotel's facilities were a bit underwhelming, it is, after all, an established high-end hotel with a rich heritage. Overall, it's highly recommended!

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Ella, the butler at Wanda Realm! To be honest, the room facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely see the age in the bathroom and furniture. But that didn't detract from our experience at all, because the butler service was simply outstanding! From adding her on WeChat to communicate our needs during check-in, to receiving daily thoughtful weather and activity reminders, every request was met with a prompt response. The butler even specially delivered a fresh fruit platter to our room. And at check-out, she had prepared Hainan specialty souvenirs. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel truly valued and pampered. Moreover, the hotel's outdoor environment is absolutely stunning! The sand on the beach is as fine as flour, the seawater is crystal clear, and every photo you take looks like a wallpaper. The complimentary travel photoshoot was an even bigger surprise; the photographer patiently guided our poses, and the results were simply amazing. We ended up buying a package of over twenty photos, which was far better than any roadside photographer – why even bother with a bicycle when you have a luxury car? (a Chinese idiom meaning 'why settle for less when you can have the best') Honestly, I truly believe that without the dedicated efforts of these high-quality professionals, this hotel would struggle to operate so smoothly. The hardware might be old, but the warmth of the people makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values service experience! I've been to Sanya many times, but I've never really taken the time to relax and enjoy it. When I saw this package from Trip.com, I noticed the hotel, though old, was close to the airport and had high online ratings, so I decided to give it a try. The day before arrival, I received a call from the hotel front desk. I informed them I'd be arriving on an early morning flight and hoped for an upgrade. They said it wouldn't be a problem and everything was arranged, which made me feel pretty good. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found it was indeed old, and the service was genuinely poor. The front desk staff had a cold expression, told me no rooms were available yet, and an upgrade was out of the question. I really couldn't understand how the hotel trained its staff. I was completely dumbfounded. With no other option, I contacted Trip.com customer service, and I really have to commend them. They were incredibly patient and enthusiastic in helping us communicate with the hotel. After much back-and-forth, we finally checked into a satisfactory room by 3 PM. The hotel butler was quite welcoming, but the afternoon tea and evening Happy Hour at the executive lounge were truly disappointing. There were only a few pastries, and in the evening, they added some hot tofu. We had no interest in going back on the second day. Sanya is still a great place, and the hotel is very close to Wuzhizhou Island, but I probably won't choose this hotel again next time.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Butler Lili proactively contacted us in advance and communicated with us throughout our stay, providing exceptional and thoughtful service. We were assigned the highest floor, and the room was spacious with a fantastic sea view. Most of the parent-child activities are free, like paddleboarding and the mini-train, which other places usually charge for, making it excellent value for money. I also want to commend the staff at the kids' club; when one of our tokens wasn't recognized, they gave us six new ones. Our little one managed to win the bag she wanted with those last tokens, which made her very happy. Generally, InterContinental gives me the impression of being very generous, not a stingy hotel at all. The experience was top-notch, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya.

Sheraton Haitang Bay has lots of kids friendly activities throughout the day and a mini train to take us through the prooperties (it goes to the next door JW Mariott properties as well). The family bicycle is also useful to take leisurely stroll around. We got a free upgrade to a room with swimming pool right outside our balcony which is fantastic - the kids love it! Late in-room dining of wenchang chicken rice and seafood fried rice were also delicious. Great experience overall

I originally planned to make do for one night, because I wanted to travel around China and save some money for accommodation, so I found this homestay for more than 100. It is also close to Wanning Shenzhou Station. There is also a pick-up service. Who knows that I just arrived at the homestay. The boss gave me a free upgrade to the room type with a bathtub. It is no exaggeration to open the room. The 40 ㎡ big room is bigger than the house I rented when I worked in Hangzhou, and it was very clean at first glance. There are three windows. The scenery outside the window is also good, and the scenery in the courtyard is good. That night, I sat on a swing and blew the wind. I started my play guide in Wanning the next day. Then I took a bath in the bathtub at night. There is a disposable bathtub belt. Don’t worry about hygiene. The big bathtub is not like it. My tall and fat body also feels very wide in it. Yu, in addition, there is a projector in the room, the toilet is a smart toilet, the shower is also very clean, the next morning I directly renewed the lease for one day (but the price has risen a little, regretting that I didn’t book two nights directly), I rented an electric car with the boss, and the homestay user can rent it for 30 yuan for a whole day. The boss intimately told me. If I go to Riyue Bay, I may have to charge on the road. I finally tried it. I went from the B&B to Shenzhou Peninsula to Shimei Bay to Riyue Bay. I finally returned. I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula Night Market at night. I can still return. There are still a lot of electricity. Because of the surfing that day, my hand was scraped by the deck. I asked the boss to find me band-aid. I didn’t have to worry about blistering on my feet. There was needle and thread. I rushed to Lingshui’s high-speed rail the next morning. The boss also drove me to the station. I am really grateful and very happy. I am here in the off-season. 100-200, I don’t know if the price will change later, but my experience is really good. This is the first time I recommend someone else to live in a homestay. At the same time, I also want to make a few suggestions for improvement. First of all, the air conditioner. I always feel that the cooling is too slow. I can’t feel any cool breeze, although there is coldness, Later, I asked the boss and said that it was blowing up. It may also be that the room is too big and the cooling is slow. This is the place I think can be improved. In addition, the toilet is half separated from the shower. It feels like a sliding door can be made. Otherwise, the front of the toilet will still splash. Water, the last point is the washing machine, If you are bigger and stronger later, you still hope to add a washing machine in the room, otherwise such a big room is too wasteful, or you can add some other facilities, of course, the premise is that there is economic strength, hahaha, in short, very good, highly recommended!

I chose the Sanya Haitang Bay Mangrove Resort for my trip to Sanya this time, and overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. I booked a sea-view room, and the balcony faced the ocean directly. Waking up to the sea view in the morning was fantastic. The room was spacious enough, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a bathtub on the balcony – soaking in it while looking at the sea was really enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. Our butler, Steven, provided excellent service. He contacted us in advance to prepare the room, and he was very quick to respond on WeChat whenever we had questions. There are several swimming pools, and even transparent kayaks. The 'pet zone' was also a good way to pass the time. In the evening, there were free iron flower and fire dance performances on the lawn, which were quite lively.

This hotel was originally just a one-night stopover, but the overall facilities, lounge, and room type turned out to be a pleasant surprise. In China, you probably won't find a JW Marriott at this price again. The hotel is located on a rocky beach in Dadonghai, without sand, but offering a different experience: mudflats foraging and swimming in the sea (there's a recessed, shallow area on the rocky beach in front of the hotel that's safer at low tide). The overall sea view isn't bad at all; one side offers a view of the curved Dadonghai beach, while the other faces the lighthouse. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a long family pool and a shallow children's pool. Armbands and full-body swimming life jackets are provided free of charge, and there are even cylindrical holders for shoes. There are numerous lifeguards, strategically placed so that every blind spot of one lifeguard is covered by another. This is completely different from the setup at other five-star hotels in Sanya, and the pool closes at 10 PM, which received unanimous praise from my family. The outdoor open-air children's playground is similar; for younger children, the playground staff will even follow behind to supervise, truly demonstrating JW's high standards. We booked an executive sea-view room in the East Wing, a room type that directly faces the sunrise over Rabbit Tail Ridge. Plus, it has a huge balcony, instantly eliminating any feeling of a small room. Since we only stayed for one day, we couldn't experience many of the dining options. However, seeing the hotel selling egg pancakes for 15 RMB and refreshing Qingshubiang for 20 RMB, I immediately felt that the prices were accessible to the general public. The executive lounge's food could only be described as average Marriott quality (I suspect this might be due to the hotel's price point), but it's one of the few resort hotels that even has an executive lounge. The breakfast experience was excellent, with stewed soups, JW noodles, numerous egg preparations, fermented grain vinegar, sour noodles, Hou'an noodles, and various fresh juices. Among the three hotels we stayed at in Sanya, this was the lowest-priced hotel, yet it had the highest breakfast standards. The service was excellent overall. Whether it was the lounge attendant helping us with a last-minute room change (and getting us a room with a large balcony), or the front desk staff running out to find the mini-train because my child wanted to ride it when it was almost closing time, or the proactive luggage service and reminders from our butler Una, it all truly met the high standards of a luxury five-star hotel! Some suggestions: 1. The open space on the large balcony could really benefit from some decorations and lounge chairs; I think it would enhance the resort feel. 2. Stronger signage is needed from the East Wing to the West Wing breakfast area. It's quite hard to find since you have to take an elevator. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Aside from the lack of a sandy beach, this is a high-standard, high-value-for-money resort hotel!
