Ik verbleef op de 20e verdieping in een premium Fallsview-kamer met twee queensize bedden. Het uitzicht was fantastisch, maar omdat het winter was, was het raam bevroren, waardoor ik 's ochtends niet veel kon zien. Ik denk dat het verstandig is om het weer te checken voordat je boekt. Desondanks was het uitzicht 's nachts geweldig, dus ik heb er over het algemeen van genoten.

Very convenient and close to Square One. The bed is good. Bathroom is bright and clean. The frontline counter staff is helpful.

Such a beautiful place, close to everything, an amazing breakfast dining , good service. Front desk was someone new she didn't give right directions to two disappeared people, no porter but we did get someone to help when we did get a trolley and they also gave wrong directions to parking ut we figured it out a d the rest was an amazing stay. Very damp in the room but I guess it's all part of being that close to falls.

Having Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out. Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus. Location was great. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution. The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

Opened this year, the hotel is brand new and offers great value for money 🥳🥳. Our room was on a high floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the magnificent waterfall; at night, we enjoyed the dazzling fireworks display!! The suite's design, from the bed to the sofa and even the bathtub, was extra-large, providing a spacious feel. It's an ideal stay for families and definitely worth recommending! 👍👍
