Bescheiden hotel. Heel schoon. Ik moest herinnerd worden aan het schoonmaken. Het is tijd om de handdoeken te verschonen. Qua cosmetica is alles ook bescheiden. Ontbijteieren, brood, spek, fruit en broodjes. Er worden lokale tapiocapannenkoeken gebakken. Het personeel hielp een taxi naar Argentinië te bellen. Ze spreken goed Engels. Een verblijf van een paar nachten is acceptabel. Er zijn 2 enorme chique supermarkten in de buurt, voor het ontbijt kun je iets extra's kopen.

very beautiful hotel and classic decoration style! There's nothing bad to say! The staff were helpful and served us very well, especially Cleverson at reception, his excellent service, he helped us with everything! Satisfactory breakfast. The only thing that was bad was that we got a room with no view, otherwise everything was perfect.

Highlights: - Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel - Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.) - Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast - Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning Areas to improve: - Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty - Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city - Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

O hotel é muito bom, o quarto melhor que a maioria dos hotéis, no entanto, as condições do banheiro foram péssimas, sujo com marcas de urina seca no piso em frente ao bacio, bacio encardido por dentro, tampa do bacio solta, porta shampoo e sabonete no box solta, trinco soltando com risco de ficar preso no banheiro. Imperdoável um hotel com essa categoria e preço em um estado de conservação e limpeza do banheiro dessa maneira. O hotel fica anexo a um prédio de apartamentos e centro comercial. A recepção fica na sobreloja. A atendente na recepção era inexperiente. O atendimento pelos porteiros e manobristas foi muito bom. O café da manhã é em um restaurante no térreo, excelente e com bom atendimento.

A great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

Het hotel ligt op slechts 20 minuten van de watervallen. Gratis parkeren. Zeer schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie zwembaden en tennisbanen. Professioneel en uiterst behulpzaam personeel. Hartelijke groeten aan Cindy en bedankt voor je hulp.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, tão quanto o atendimento cortês na recepção. Os quartos são ótimos, camas e chuveiros, além de um perfeito isolamento acústico que lhe garante uma noite tranquila. Quanto a localização, para o centro da cidade é bem distante, porém, se estiver de veículo não é algo que lhe traga grandes dificuldades. O hotel conta com um amplo estacionamento, que é cobrado a diária de R$20,00. Agora, o café da manhã, é básico e sinceramente deixou a desejar. O café é servido até às 10h manha, no entanto chegar por volta de 09h30, é como se fosse a lei do mais forte, quem levantou cedo pra comer ótimo, quem não fica sem vários itens importantes para um café da manhã, como por exemplo, ovos mexidos. Questionei a moça da cozinha, ela informou que não faria mais, pois não tinha mais ovos, ou seja, se realmente não tinha, um hotel de tamanha estrutura como este, tem um planejamento bem deficitário no que tange a alimentação dos hóspedes. As frutas também, já não tinham mais nenhuma. Se existe um horário para ser servido, este horário precisa ter disponível ao hospode todos os itens, então nesse quesito, foi frustrante essa experiência no café da manhã, qual eu esperava ser um excelente café.

El hotel es muy acogedor. El personal es muy amable y está atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y acogedoras, además es todo muy limpio y pulcro.

Een hotel dat doet wat het belooft. Ideaal voor wie, net als wij, vooral op stap wil. De service was altijd zeer attent en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet is toereikend voor de accommodatiecategorie, aangezien er sprake is van variatie en kwaliteit. Ook de schoonmaak van onze kamer en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes verliep zeer efficiënt. Onze kamer had twee tweepersoonsbedden, maar beide matrassen vertoonden al tekenen van gebruik. Er zat een 'kuil' in het midden, waardoor we niet comfortabel konden slapen. Afgezien van het kleine minpuntje wat betreft de bedden, iets dat verbeterd kan worden, is het hotel Vialle Tower een uitstekende optie in Foz, vooral vanwege de bevoorrechte ligging en het sensationele uitzicht vanaf het dak.
