Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Asia Festivals direkt daneben gebucht. Auch sonst hat das Arte Hotel eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt an der Donau. Man kann über die Brücke direkt ins belebte Zentrum laufen, wo man alles findet was man braucht. Am Wochenende ist das Nachtleben sehr gut besucht. Es gibt eine Garage für 19€ pro Tag, man kann von der Garage direkt ins Zimmer fahren. Kurzparkzone direkt vor der Hotel, lohnt sich vor allem ab Samstags 12 Uhr und Sonntags da kostenfrei. mindesteinwurf ist ein Euro, hab ich trotzdem reingeworfen, aber ich denke bei kostenfreien Parken braucht man kein Ticket ziehen. War mir nicht sicher. Es gibts optional Frühstück dazu, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Angeblich gibts noch eine Sauna Fitness, was wir nicht genutzt haben.

I had a pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel Hallstatt. The location is excellent, it is situated right in front of the boat dock, which makes it especially convenient for travellers carrying large luggage. It was very easy to access upon arrival. The room cleanliness was average, and the hotel does appear somewhat aged. However, the amenities were impressive for a European hotel. They provided a L’Occitane amenities kit and slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Although the room does not have air conditioning, a fan is provided. The restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. The breakfast selection was decent and satisfying. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt for a night.

房間很乾凈整潔，周圍很安靜跟小月齡孩子很舒服，酒店有送來嬰兒床。離市中心有距離。 服務：一般般但不差 設施：不是很齊全，還是需要自己佩戴

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Alles war sauber, modern und schön gestaltet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Tiefgarage, die zwar extra kostet, aber eine sehr bequeme Parkmöglichkeit bietet. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit unserem Familienzimmer, da es sehr kalt war. Wir haben dies gemeldet, jedoch konnte so kurzfristig nichts mehr geändert werden. Uns wurde zwar ein kleiner Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, dennoch blieb das Zimmer kühl. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Rezeption: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, uns bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Vermutlich war es einfach ein unglücklicher Zufall. Trotz allem können wir das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Breakfast has limited choice but quality is there over a buffet style. Pretty outdoor pool , sauna and chill area around the area. Also include a morning yoga session for my stay.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

整個捷奧匈住的最好的酒店了，體驗很好，堪稱驚喜。 設施：房間大，舉架高，浴缸淋浴獨立，冰箱灶台電水壺咖啡機保險櫃等等一應俱全 衞生：一塵不染，鏡子玻璃無灰無水印，床鋪整潔床笠都無褶皺 環境：林茨市中心，算是鬧中取靜的位置了，周邊商場，中心廣場 服務：辦理入住填訊息前台還細心地給pad換成了中文界面，之後還給我推薦了周邊超市和飯店

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und kompetent, sehr schönes neues zentral gelegenes Hotel. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Was uns auch extrem gefallen hat war ,dass wenn man kein Zimmerservice braucht, was bei einem Wochenende auch nicht der Fall ist, man 5€ als Gutschrift auf die Zimmerrechnung gutgeschrieben bekommt👍🏼 Auch sonst im Zimmer und generell effizient und gut überlegt. Werden sicher wieder hier hin oder in ein Hotel der Kette an einem anderen Standort kommen.

A very good location, very convenient. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, which allows me to enjoy the tranquility and have other food and entertainment. It has given me a good memory for my first visit to Austria.
