"Pros) This place was aesthetically really nice & the bed & pillow was incredibly comfortable! Nice windows & views- shame about the black out window & dirty windows Cons) the kitchen could have been cleaner, not in the best of area- nothing really going on- filled with lots of young people smoking **** so the apartment kept Stinking at night- the company did nothing to resolve this & were slow at replying"

"This is the best two-bedroom suite I have lived in the United States for more than ten days. The appearance of the house has nothing to say, it is quite antique. But the important thing is that it is very modern and the layout is reasonable. It belongs to the middle-seeing and useful. Unlike many old buildings remodeled hotels, it looks at feelings and actually lives in a bunch of problems. In short, the decoration and equipment are very new, there are scan code wifi, smart toilet, automatic curtains, wave hypnosis, and kitchen things. The room is shading, temperature, bed soft and hard are also good, and even toothpaste (it is not easy in the United States). It is reasonable to give him 5 points."

"I had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Monica Pier Apartments. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the pier and beach, and there were plenty of food options within easy walking distance, which was really convenient. We were expecting a beach view, but our apartment was at the front of the building and looked out towards the road instead. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the apartment itself was very bright and airy. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, table and chairs, bathroom, little laundry and comfortable bed. There isn’t a lounge area, but as we were only staying for a couple of nights, that was fine. We also really enjoyed having the balcony. The white curtains looked lovely and let in plenty of natural light during the day. The only downside was that they didn’t block out the streetlight at night, so the apartment was quite bright while sleeping. Some blockout curtains or blinds would make a big difference. The hosts were great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, well located and good value for money, and we would happily stay again."

"1- 真心說，適合一個男生住，因為床不大、浴室沒有太多空間可放女生用品（保養、清潔等）；環境不太安全、室友絕大多數是男生（有些男生還蠻奇怪的、恐怖！） 有時晚上、一大早會看到像遊民的人在大門前排迴！ 此外，對於美國人來說，房價偏低，所以有更多機會吸引到素質差的人入住（我們待的期間還遇到警察破門而入去抓人….) 2-室內隔音極差，有的室友5點就起床，用廚房的聲音有點大，有的室友三點才睡，關門聲音真的不小…（戴耳塞都聽得到）只能說大部分男生比較不注意細節）；因為有3層樓，所以會有室友ㄧ早退房時，行李撞擊聲從3樓到1樓…嗯，肯定被吵醒。 牆壁另一邊是「隔壁棟」，放行李、小孩半夜哭、踢東西、跑來跑去，完全聽得到，吵了一整夜，完全沒睡，雖然房東有退款ㄧ個晚上，有處理他們，但是後面還有好幾個晚上，她不讓我離開退款。後來隔壁換了另外一個人住，其實問題還是一樣（一大早丟行李在木地板上，聲音之大是能把人嚇醒的，我想我們是唯一輕放的人）,此外該男性講話的聲音，我們都聽得很清楚。 3-有一點要特別別說，假如我早知道房東是***，我就不會入住！因為早就知道他們的思維邏輯價值觀相差甚遠。總是一開始親切，但是真的遇到連續問題，他們會開始不耐煩（包括他們雇用的客服經理，相互影響的文化會是一樣的），溝通上，他們的邏輯實在很有問題！總之就是很***的理直氣壯，覺得自己是對的。 連續五個晚上睡不好，還要受這種氣。（如：該準備的毛巾沒有準備好，一拖再拖，沒有道歉！）其他還有太多鳥事就不講了，因為都會有前因後果的敘述太長了。 4-有些所謂他們先進的科技，實在是是很愚笨的，因為都是自動的，完全不可控，很多時候真的超不方便的！ "

"Fantastic stay! The location was superb, right on the edge of the beach with absolutely stunning sunset views. The facilities were great and very clean. Having a bath was a real bonus, as we’d only had showers in all the other accommodation on our trip so far. Would definitely recommend this place."
