Het hotel is goed gelegen, recht tegenover een forum waar u zowel uw boodschappen kunt doen als kunt eten.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, supervriendelijk, het ontbijt is vrij duur, € 15 per persoon, maar erg goed, het landschap is gewoon buitengewoon.
Ik beveel dit hotel echt niets te zeggen

De suites bevinden zich op de zuidelijke strandstrook van het eiland, bereikbaar met 2 bussen of een taxi vanaf de veerhaven. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, hoewel niet altijd op de hoogte van dingen toen we wat vragen stelden, maar ze deden hun best om erachter te komen. De badkamer heeft geen afzuigventilator en moet wat werk worden gedaan en de kamers kunnen wel een likje verf gebruiken. Maar over het algemeen erg mooi en comfortabel, schoon groot buitenzwembad, genoeg bedjes en parasols en bedden direct aan het strand met badmeester aanwezig. Het ontbijt was ook lekker met veel opties. Zou er weer verblijven

We verbleven in het hotel met een groep vrienden. De ervaring was erg fijn: de kamers zijn schoon en het design is interessant en gezellig. Je ontbijt in het hotel ernaast en het is heerlijk. Je kunt ook gebruik maken van het terrein van het andere hotel: er is een erg fijne lounge, een zwembad en uitzicht op zee. We hebben ervan genoten.
Eén ding stoorde ons: als je met open ramen wilt slapen, kan het erg lawaaierig zijn. Door de bussen (die al vroeg in de ochtend vertrekken) en de luidruchtige mensen (die dronken zongen en schreeuwden). Maar als je het raam dichtdoet, is alles perfect.

Het appartement ligt in het centrum, is redelijk schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief een kitchenette en een wasmachine. Er is ook een magnetron, thee en koffie. Bij aankomst kreeg ik een fles lokale wijn. De waterdruk was goed. Het enige nadeel was het ongemak van het betalen van de regionale belasting. Om die te betalen, moet je naar hun kantoor gaan (het is niet in hetzelfde gebouw) of een IBAN-nummer sturen. Bovendien is de hoteladministratie niet erg attent. Ik heb ze aanvankelijk twee paspoorten gestuurd met de waarschuwing dat er twee personen in het appartement zouden verblijven, maar ze wilden er drie in rekening brengen voor de belasting.

У нас был номер на 2этаже. И мы остались всем довольны. Просторный номер со всем необходимым.
В 10 минутах ходьбы большой супермаркет, в 30ти старый город.
Есть мини кухня, из посуды была сковородка и 2кастрюли, тарелки, приборы, все есть. Микроволновка, холодильник и плита.
На верхнем этаже бассейн и джакузи.
Персонал прекрасный, шли навстречу, отвечали на вопросы, все отлично. Полотенца меняли каждый день.
Из минусов - хорошая слышимость как с улицы, так и между номерами. Но это общая проблема многих отеле.
Смело можно бронировать это отель, он соответствует своей цене

GGuest UserThe hotel is in Lido area with plenty of restaurants and small super markets near by. Only 3 mins walk to bus top where can bring you to City Center €1.95 single one way and airport. €5 single one way, €8 return. Walking to City center is about 20-30mins. Only 10mins walk to Forum Madeira shopping mall. Breakfast is good with many choices of fruit, salad, yogurt, ham, eggs, bread, cereals. Indoor, outdoor pool and gym are nice too. We stay in sea and swimming pool view studio with kitchenette. The balcony is wonderful.
Staffs are polite and patient. Only one con, no air conditioning in 31 degrees. Only have a ceiling fan.

KKseniiaWe stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed.
Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect.

AAashniThe suites are located on southern beach ***** of the island, accessible by 2 buses or a taxi from the ferry port. Staff was very friendly, although not always aware of things when we asked some questions, but they did endeavour to find out. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and needs some work and the rooms could do with some fresh paint. But overall very nice and comfortable, clean large outdoor pool, plenty of send beds, and umbrellas and beds directly on the beach with lifeguard on duty. The breakfast was tasty too with plenty of options. Would stay again

KKarina CaunaneGreat location, nice size and overall room/amenity quality. Only annoying or rather negative point to note would be the limited h of the reception desk. Several of us arrived in the evening and even though it was indicated that we will be contacted with check in details, we were faced with a locked entrance upon arrival and had to call the number stated there on the board. A person arrived like 30min later only to do the check in process. Same with check out since the housekeeper had to come from another hotel to open the door for us.

DDisney 345The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was good but it would be nice to have a cup where you can put the toothbrush. There were no kettle and cup for tea or coffee. The breakfast was ok but it felt a bit simple. The variety of the breakfast could be improved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

VVictoriaApartments in the center of the city, clean enough to eat all necessary, minutes and kitchen, even a washing machine. Microwave, tea, coffee. On the day of the trip, they gave a bottle of local wine. Good water pressure. From what didn 't like, the inconvenient payment of regional tax to pay it or need to go to them to the office, it 's not in the same building or send iban, plus the hotel administration is not very careful, I initially sent them 2 passport warning that 2 people will live in the apartment, but tax from and wanted to take for 3

GGuest UserWe had a room on the 2nd floor. And we were all satisfied. A spacious room with everything necessary.
In 10 minutes walking a big supermarket, in 30-yard old town.
There is a mini kitchen, there was a jar and 2 pans, plates, appliances, everything. Microwave, refrigerator and stove.
The top floor is a pool and a jacuzzi.
The staff was fine, went to meet, answered questions, everything was fine. Towels changed every day.
Of the downsides, good hearing from both the street and between the rooms. But this is the common problem of many hotels.
