"Not a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again."

"Apartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo."

"Great space, great place and great grace. Elegantly planted behind the Royal Palace on the good side of Oslo, Norway. You feel like a royal yourself and most ammenitis if not all included. All in all great!"

"Complicated Stay While location is good, near steen and stroms.  too many doors to open using the app. different codes for building entry and rooms. too much reliance on app to open doors (which often need more tries before it can work)  instead of having digital buttons to enter premises.  low ceilings for hallways so it seems like a container house. good supply room for bath towels.  laundry area can be improved. only two washing machines (small one) and one dryer.  old style elevator, small - have to use stairs in between. so if you have lots of luggages...this place is not recommended."

"We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay."

"Location is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon. Really value for money in Oslo!"

"Расположение рядом с вокзалом и в целом достаточно близко от основных достопримечательностей, но сам район достаточно мигрантский и в нем не всегда комфортно находится, к сожалению. Также большой минус, что нет системы кондиционирования, а только вентялция, в жаркий день апартаменты достаточно сильно нагреваются. Оперативная поддержка через WhatsApp, стиральная машинка непосредственно в аппартаментах, полностью сервированная кухня"

"Located in residential area, silent and peaceful environment. Equipped with cooking equipment like microwave oven, induction heater and kettle. Clean and comfortable. It takes 15 mins to walk to National Theatre Station. A lovely and pleasant stay."
