"Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations."

"Goed verblijf met Attich thuis. De kamer is schoon en helder genoeg. Vervaardigd met wasmachine, magnetron, inductiekoker, koelkast en haardroger. Het hele imperium woningbouw is vacant, behalve een kleine marteling op de grond. Carpark was helemaal niet goed verlicht. Er zijn 5 liften, dus je zal niet lang wachten. Maar ik vond een van de liftproblemen, toen ik binnenkwam, de lift stond op en stond leeg voor vijf seconden voordat het begon te dalen. Het was een probleem, omdat je moet uitgaan van het gebouw en omdraaien bij het verkeerslicht om de sleutel terug te geven. Het gebouw ontwerp is niet zo ideaal."

"The room is clean but there is something need to improve 1. Door need to use key to open but the key hole is under the smart lock , very hard to unlock it. 2. Only 4 lift , waiting time is long Receiption indian girl is efficient and friendly !"

"Located in the middle of attractions area thus making it very convenient. Money worth value indeed, the view from my room is also beautiful. All furniture are too simple with broken sofa. + dedicated parking lot for 1 car."

"From pre-booking, up until checkout, i have nothing but compliment to Attic Silverscape customer support. We communicate through whatsapp, and Attic CS will surely respond within 5 minutes or less. They always willing to help and very friendly which make things so easy for my family whom travel with elderly, 7 adults and 2 kids. Shoutout to Attic CS and the guard at tower B. Very professional and warm. The penthouse is a jackpot. A day before we stay at the newly open Birkin International which is acceptional, but my parents love this Attic Penthouse even more. The house is 2 floors, spacious, bed is extremely comfortable. 3 rooms on the 2nd floor got 6 double beds and 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms with tub on the second floor. another bathroom on the first floor. Other than 60 inch tv at the luxury living room, 1 room with dedicated tv on the second floor. . Got prime tv. We spend time playing pool, karaoke, playing mahjong, card and playstation, and enjoying sunrise. The decoration is amazing. Complete with cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine and drier. Location also near to cinema, restaurant, 7e, Zus, hospital, mahkota parade etc.. Best urban retreat for family in melaka city centre. Surely will repeat."

"Nice to stay here, only parking problem, if u have 2car, u need come back early to park in to visitors parking . If not at night time 10 something security will inform u no parking anymore . Or else the security guard is said need paid parking fee just can park in (one security want us to paid Rm250) crazy (p/s: no visitors parking but if u paid then can park in ) . We just park to nearby parking and walk back homestay ."
