是公寓式的酒店，可以做飯，設施齊全，床很舒服。泳池特別乾淨，小朋友每天玩水非常開心。酒店的工作人員非常熱情，有求必應，酒店餐廳的廚師手藝很棒！還值得推薦的是酒店自家的酒莊tour，包含在酒窖中關於Chianti產區的歷史、酒莊各種級別的酒的來歷等在內的參觀講解，以及在餐廳看着託斯卡納丘陵美景的一頓品酒午飯，物美價廉。適合自駕，去周邊小鎮超市開車幾分鐘，去錫耶納、塔城、皮恩扎等開車一兩個小時。

Я останавливалась на три ночи .Пешком до Санта Мария Новелла минут 20.Хозяева приятные люди ,встретили ,все рассказали .Завтрак был включен в стоимость ,вкусно .Кофе 👌Но общий душ и санузел ,имейте в виду.Я вставала рано утром ,в 7.00 примерно ,проблем не заметила.Wi-Fi тоже порадовал и большой новый телевизор (поддерживает видео с телефона).Выдали тапочки ,халат и полотенца .Под фен розетки подошли .Благодарю за гостеприимство.

We were very well received, and the option to leave our luggage before the start of check-in was very useful. The hotel is very beautiful and the room very cozy, truly everything was very comfortable. My only complaint is that I booked a room for 3 people, which should have included 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, but apparently the room was only prepared to accommodate 2 people, since there was no bath towel for the third person and there was no extra blanket besides the one on the double bed. As our goal was to enjoy the city, we left our luggage at the reception and only returned to sleep. The reception was already closed, so we had no way to request the missing items. Despite this, it was a very good experience.

Railway station and tramline can be reached in a walking distance. A pizzeria and a grocery store are close. We had a balcony with a nice view. Interesting to walk from there to the city centre. Good value for money.

Hoewel het een beetje ver van de bezienswaardigheden ligt, is het slechts een paar tramhaltes verwijderd van het centraal station van Florence, en het is best handig om met het openbaar vervoer naar de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden te gaan. De kamer is erg groot en schoon en heeft een kleine keuken met een eettafel, koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, koelkast, etc. (hoewel de meeste niet worden gebruikt). je draait je om terwijl je slaapt, wat invloed heeft op je slaap. Ik heb de situatie gemeld bij de receptie, maar zij zei dat de kamer al volgeboekt is en niet kan worden verwerkt. De receptie was vriendelijk en enthousiast en raadde een zeer goede pizzeria aan. Helaas is de receptie na 20.00 uur gesloten. Als u na 20.00 uur 's avonds teruggaat naar het hotel, bestaat het risico dat de hoteldeur op slot gaat. U kunt dus alleen de noodtelefoon bellen voor hulp. Ten slotte werd bij het boeken van de kamer aangetoond dat het ontbijt was inbegrepen, maar in werkelijkheid was het alleen een kopje koffie en een croissant. Het was de slechtste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding waar ik ooit in heb verbleven in een hotel inclusief ontbijt!

If I could give 20 stars, I absolutely would! This hotel liked apartment in Florence was my best stay ever in Italy. The apartment was meticulously clean, everything looked brand new and thoughtfully maintained. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Honestly, you can arrive with just your luggage and feel completely at home. The room was super spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and daily cleaning was provided. One detail that truly impressed us, we left some dirty dishes in the morning, fully expecting to wash them ourselves in the evening, but the staff actually did our dishes as well. That level of care and attention is rare. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, walkable to major attractions and very well connected by tram and buses, making getting around Florence effortless. An outstanding stay from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended!

房間是當地的居民房改造的，裏面還是佈置得很乾凈。有廚房，廚房的碗真的N大，還有咖啡機，提供的咖啡合味道不錯。但是馬桶還是有異味，空調可能是不是環保原因，也不是很涼快，晚上有蚊子，其實有蚊香器，我自己沒發現，到臨走才發現。地理位置其實還算好，走到聖母百花大教堂這些基本在15分鐘，走到米開朗基羅廣場看日落要過橋，將近30分，其實已經算近了。附近都在修路，車比較難開。
