The ground floor Studio accommodation offers delightful views over open countryside. It is an ideal place for watching the many variety of birds and interesting wildlife. A stream, which is fenced off, runs by the side of the property and is dry in summer. From the conservatory there is a 4-acre field with wire fence, suitable for dog walkers, but it is not intrusive. The Studio, which is separate from the main house, has a comfortable living area with double glazed doors opening into a light and airy conservatory with roof and window blinds, pleasantly furnished. There is a shower room with toilet, wash-basin and walk-in shower with sliding door screen, a light above the mirror with shaving point, heated towel rail and wall heater, bathroom cabinet, toilet rolls. A galley kitchen is well equipped with welcome tea, milk, coffee, sugar and biscuits, 2 ringed hob (no oven), extractor fan, standard fridge with freezer compartment, microwave. In the cosy open plan living space there is a small settee and cushions, a TV with in-built DVD and Freeview; free Wi Fi connection and electric heating throughout.
