Spot on, the flat had everything you need, and nice touches like 2 cold beers in the fridge! Clean and surprisingly quiet, despite being on a main road. The only issue was the glass bathroom walls, really not ideal for your privacy. If I happen to travel to Munich again on my own, this will be my first choice, but if I'm back with my partner I'll chose for a place with a bathroom allowing privacy.

The place was conveniently located right next to Neuperlach Süd station (S-Bahn and U-Bahn, Exit G). Although it seems a little outside the city center, traveling in and out is still very easy. The self check-in process was straightforward, though it would be even smoother if the system allowed text input or search. The building itself is well thought out. There is an Italian restaurant right downstairs, as well as a supermarket and a Rossmann beauty store, which makes everyday needs simple to take care of. If you want dinner or late-night options beyond that, you’ll need to walk a bit further, so it’s a good idea to check restaurant opening hours in advance. Our room was excellent: the bed was comfortable, the duvet warm, and even the sofa bed worked surprisingly well as an extra bed. The kitchen area was well equipped and the bathroom amenities were complete. A special mention goes to the design of the building, it is not only beautiful, but also environmentally friendly and highly accessible for people who need extra assistance, including those with disabilities and elderly guests. The thoughtful accessibility features in the place itself were especially impressive.

De kamer is zeer schoon, het beddengoed is comfortabel, donzen kussens en dekbedden. Er is een waterkoker, die geschikt is voor binnenlandse toeristen of zakenreizen. Wanneer u het hotel verlaat, kunt u bus 263 nemen, die u naar de Ispo-beurshal en de nabijgelegen zakencentra brengt.

the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

One reception has to check in/out, take care of F&B and customer service. Although the check in/out is automated, they need to assist and guests have to wait. One moment claimed your room was ready but turn around, the room was still being cleaned. Seriously need more staffs Fortunately, the room was clean, neat and well organised. So was the passage way where they have a robot vacuum cleaner running round the clock. The laundry is at basement but hotel does not provide or sell detergent, so remember to bring your own as there is no convenient store within walking distance. Hotel has a paid basement car park with plenty of lots

整體很滿意，環境很好房間很大，而且距離地鐵站也很近。衞生也很棒，服務也不錯，前台英文都特別好。就是有點奇怪這個按金問題，我和朋友四個人入住兩個屋子，她比我早到一天，但是他們就沒有收按金，但是對我們收了按金，所以我感覺這個按金政策不是很透明，希望可以透明一些～

We loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!

Negatieve aspecten: 1. Het hotel heeft geen personeel en je moet van tevoren online inchecken. De incheckmail van het hotel belandde in de ongewenste e-mail en ik werd niet van tevoren op de hoogte gesteld. Na aankomst in het hotel liep ik tegen twee kleine bugs aan bij het inchecken. Ik kon alleen contact opnemen met de online klantenservice van Ctrip, wat me een half uur vertraging opleverde. Dat was niet erg handig. 2. De kamers aan de weg zijn erg gehorig en er razen af en toe zware auto's over de weg. Positieve aspecten: 1. Het hotel is relatief nieuw en beschikt over basisvoorzieningen, behalve airconditioning. 2. Het duurt 7/8 minuten lopen naar het metrostation en 15 minuten naar de metro in het stadscentrum. 3. Het beste is dat er een enorm warenhuis op het metrostation is, en dat er allerlei winkels naast zitten.
