Old Jail Museum

Amusing little jail

The Old Truckee Jail museum was built in 1875 and used until 1964. Tiny little place just off the Main Street. Worth a look.

Quick visit

I have a very short amount of time before my train arrived so thought this would work. It was perfect. I will go again when I am in town.

Quick Stop

Sits just 1 block off the main road. The Jail was cool to see. There was an Arch along side with a story of its own.

Very cool place

We took the kids and had a fun time, this is a place you should go see it in town or driving by. A must

fun visit

a small and historical old jail. just a few minutes to tour but alot of fun and the volunteer fills you in on the old tiimes.
