When has rubbish been called art?
1 star review because Council wastes so much money on this Art Gallery that if full of what most people would call rubbish.

Always interesting work
The exhibitions here are always varied and appealing, from photos and paintings to sculpture. It's a good size for a break too, if you're passing through town.
