It is a great building with beautiful fountains, and at night when the night lights are illuminated, it has a special charm.
With a distinctive academic style. The building is hundreds of years old and beautiful. The exterior of the building has a strong Russian style.
Don't have a charm. It's a glitz. If you're tired of the tsar's reign, I wouldn't recommend you to come here.
