Small park, but some nice places to see
This park is not that big, but has some good picnic spots along the river. Some people were in the river cooling off and having a good time. Saw a few people jogging or biking through the park as well...

Apple River Canyon park is on the small side. You can do all the trails in about 3 hours. So if getting steps is your goal, this isn't a good choice. The trails are listed out and back, not really any...
