Dull building

Dull building and needs some work. Really quite an imposing building and having seen some modern council buildings around the UK, this one is way behind the times.

Impressively large building but with an uninspiring and grey-looking, Georgian appearance. Was more taken by the War Memorial found directly to the building’s fore.
