Fairly small train. station for such a large city and number of trains connecting. Not one toy/gift store, Few food shops, a nice, well stocked supermarket, huge tobacco store - so many people smoke ...

Good station and services

I have been there many times. I take trains, buses and or my tram to go around the city. I live two stops away from the main station. sometimes I go there for shopping.

Modern train station

Passed by Linz on the way to Salzburg. Modern train station, very well-maintained. The platforms looked sparse but the main terminal building looked like a modern shopping centre.
