Ord River Diversion Dam

Pleasant spot.

Not a lot of flow when there but great view. Up stream side very tranquil and great spot to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Very interesting

We did this thru a tour which is well worth it. You get told what this dam really was built for. And to see its power up close. Wow Wee.

Amazing engineering

The whole Ord river/lake argyle/hydro is a feat of engineering that proves the foresight of these visionaries that have opened up this great country of ours.
