It was our wedding anniversary I called the hotel to book the spa they gave me the number but no one answered or checked their messages all day. The staff at the hotel would not help at all. Terrible ...

good place and experienced workers...but not the manager...she is unpleasent..they should fire her..no good!!!

Learn to Communicate with the people you are serving

It was very difficult to communicate with the person doing my manicure. I told her not to cut my cuticals and she didn't understand and proceeded to do so several times until and pulled my hand away....
