Cramond Island

just out for a wander.

so this place can be a hit or a miss as if you walk to the island always remember to check when the tide comes in as if you don't you will be left stranded on the island for ever!! only joking the RNL...

No rubbish there now! A glorious place and teenagers in particular love the thrill and history of the place. I

I think teams of volunteers have cleared the place as it is lovely now! I would certainly take young people and teenagers to inspire them about centuries of history.

Great wee island... looking fantastic since somebody painted a good Scottish saltire on it with a heart!! Great piece of work.

Island hopping

A little bit blustery today but still a nice walk over and around the Island between tides just wish we had more time to explore properly I'd love to call over on a hot day with a picnic
