great place for walk or a bike ride

this is a great place for a bike ride, You can go from 50 miles to as little as 7.5 miles if you start from Psalm road. It is also a great walk to flatrock park where there are many walking trails.

Great path for lots

Actually stopped in and Park and ride and rented a bike and biked all the way to Psalmond and back. The trail has runners, walkers and bikers on this trail and I met someone within every mile-not bad ...
