Beautiful, worth the long and winding road to get there.
The cave dwellings are fascinating! The rivers and trails are awe-inspiring. Bring the right shoes so you can just walk across the river and find the trail on the other side. It's so worth it.

What an experience!
The road thru the park is stunning but very curvy with some good hills to climb. The tall pines will take your breath away.

The Ponderosa savanna is so overgrown with trees that much of the wildlife that used to inhabit the area have left. Warning, do not try and travel that road in winter. You might be stuck there until...
