Excellent Park

Well-marked and easy to navigate Trails

Peaceful setting

I love to go to Fox Island for cross-country skiing in the winter and to look at the birds any time of year.

Great place for a day trip

Fox Island is a great place go and just experience nature. The observatory is especially cool and I recommend checking the schedule for any sky gazing events. Being that it is away from the city light...

Nice place to enjoy the outdoors.

The park has many things to do including hiking, fishing and swimming in the small lake. The small beach area is especially nice for small children. The park also has a "doggie" beach.
