Villas in Phuket Province, Thailand

Our flight to Phuket was delayed, and instead of landing at 9:30 PM, we landed at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, we checked in quickly and comfortably because we had notified the hosts via text message, and they took care of everything, for which we are very grateful. We vacationed during the off-season, and the entire village was almost deserted except for the gatekeeper and the occasional vacationer, giving us complete privacy and peace. The villa isn't new or modern, and a renovation would have been beneficial. However, we were very pleased with the ample green space, convenient parking, the quiet surroundings despite the local road immediately behind the house, and the ample amenities. The area is surrounded by lush mountains, providing protection from the winds, and its elevated location protects it from potential flooding. The cleaning was adequate and high-quality for us – when the staff found us at the villa, it was more important to us that no one entered without us. We liked the linens and beds, but we didn't use the sofa. The pool lighting and cleaning pump aren't user-controlled, but we've gotten used to it. Unfortunately, the photos were taken at night upon arrival, so they're not very high quality. We rented a car, so the issue of being in walking distance of shops, beaches, and entertainment was resolved. When our vacation ended, renovations began on the neighboring villa, which gives us hope that they'll also be working on this one, and it will be even more enjoyable to return next year. We loved the respectful and attentive attitude of the hosts and the view from the accommodation. It was a very clean and cozy place. The room was spotless, no insects, good sound insulation, and clean bathroom fixtures with new furniture. No unpleasant odors, dampness, or mold. The view was pleasant, with plenty of light. Yes, there's active construction going on, but the sound insulation blocked out all the noise. The air conditioner blew clean air. The hosts were very attentive to the condition of the accommodation and were friendly towards us. The most significant drawbacks were the extremely hard mattress and the lack of hooks/a drying rack for swimsuits. By the fifth day, our backs were in terrible pain. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The bedding and towels were clean. There's a restaurant and a swimming pool on the premises. Housekeeping was done only once during our five-day stay. The hotel's location is inconvenient. It's not in a tourist area but rather among local residential neighborhoods. We spent a lot of money on taxis due to the location. The nearest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-25 minute drive. The hotel is clean and worth its price. Once the neighboring buildings are completed, it will be a fantastic complex.

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

Not worth the money. The photos make everything look new, but in reality, the villas are outdated. The furniture and kitchen utensils are new and decent, though. However, before this, we rented a villa at Saturdays Residence, and those villas were new and fantastic. That one cost 20,000 RUB, and this one was 53,000 RUB (both for 2 nights). Comparing the two, the other place was much better and more modern. Also, here we had to negotiate for a late check-out; we had initially agreed on 2 PM, but then they didn't want to grant it, even though there were plenty of empty villas. Eventually, they did. There were a lot of uncleaned leaves around the pool when we arrived, which really spoiled the impression. For this price, the service simply doesn't measure up. Perhaps we were assigned an older villa because, after walking around, we saw other villas with less worn gates and doors. The mini-bar is also chargeable at this price point; they only provide complimentary water. It's worth noting, however, that they decorated the bed with petals for our anniversary. The bedrooms and bathrooms themselves were nice. But again, I repeat, it's not worth the money. Don't be fooled by the pretty photos; unfortunately, their villas are outdated.

new, clean and in a good location, I recommend it, only on the second floor, there are no elevators

Мы были компанией из 6 человек, вилла просто невероятная, чистая, ухоженная, ровно такая же как на фото в описании, бассейн на фото выглядит меньше, в действительности он больше, мы в 6 спокойно купались и всем хватало места. Кровати большие и удобные, есть стиральная машинка с сушкой, гладильная доска с утюгом, вся необходимая посуда, телевизоры, оборудованные русскими приложениями, можно и фильм посмотреть и караоке попеть. Дом шумоизолирован. Арендодатель невероятный человек, на все мои просьбы отзывались в кратчайшие сроки, сервис просто невероятный, территория охраняется, есть парковка. Расположение супер, 6 минут до 7/11, 15 минут до моря пешком, свободным шагом. Пляж шикарный, мало людей. Невероятно отдохнули в этом месте, советую от души🫶🏻 Мы обязательно вернемся, за свои деньги вилла оправдывает каждый рубль! 🩷

We had an amazing stay at Le Da Villas. It’s a true entire private 5-bedroom villa, so we had the whole property to ourselves with complete privacy and no shared facilities. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the private pool was fantastic. The location was excellent just minutes drives from Boat Avenue and Bang Tao Beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families and groups visiting Phuket.

Excellent villa for an extended stay. This was our second time staying here. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works great, the pool is clean, and there's daily housekeeping. They have modern TVs and free bike rentals. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The only things missing are a coffee machine, a blender, and some comfy lounge chairs by the pool. :)

I gave it a high rating based on its value for money. For the price, it's a very good option to stay in a spacious villa with a private pool. Yes, the villa is a bit worn and definitely needs a renovation. But it has everything necessary for living. And if anything was missing, there was Mrs. Pichi who resolved all issues. She even washed our clothes for free and hung them on a hanger on the terrace by the house. Frankly, the kindness and responsiveness of the staff account for half of the vacation experience, and the rest comes from the villa itself, its condition, and location. As for the amusing wildlife you sometimes find in villas, a fruit bat would fly in and feast on some local berries, scattering the peels on the sun lounger. If you don't want guests, just leave the light on the pool terrace. By the way, it's better to turn off the pool light in the evening. Local moths fly to the light in the pool and drown themselves. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The villas were much better than I expected. It's a very new villa area with several villas. The coffee shop at the entrance and the long burger bar must have been delicious. Our group of about ten people booked two suites and had a great stay. The kids played in the water and didn't want to leave. We definitely want to stay longer next time. Most importantly, our host, Sister Nan, was absolutely amazing! When we flew from Phuket to Bangkok, my friend forgot her laptop bag at the gate. Our group, with limited English and no Thai, relied entirely on Sister Nan to help us contact people to retrieve it, send a package, and figure out a solution. We are incredibly grateful! We'll definitely go back here with our kids in Phuket this summer.
