"Nice facility, clean and a good amount of space! Had to follow up a bit to get check in instructions but asides from that service was great!"

"Tucked into the foothills of Hakone, in a quiet village along Yugawara Parkway, we found this small villa surrounded by greenery and the sound of a nearby stream. But what stayed with me wasn’t the villa—it was us. The kids ran straight to the deck, reaching out to catch the falling cherry blossom petals as they drifted onto the water, arguing over who caught the most before they slipped through their fingers. Someone left the door open, letting the cool air drift in. By evening, we were all gathered upstairs, half-talking, half-listening to the steady rhythm of the stream below. No one reached for their phones. Later that night, we slept with the windows open. You could hear the water, constant and calming, like it had always been there. It’s strange—places fade, but moments like this don’t. The quiet, the laughter, the feeling of having nowhere else to be. That’s what I’ll remember. "

"The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, so there was no view when we arrived at night. We discovered it was a self-service check-in system; the password had already been sent to our email. It took us quite a while to get to our room. The room had a mini-tub and a bar/onsen (hot spring bath). The hotel only had vending machines offering small portions of food and drinks. It's very close to Mount Omuro by car in the morning."

"This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel ."

"酒店位於箱根山上 仙石原。 位於山路上， 品牌路標不明顯， 天黑街燈微弱根本看不見酒店的路牌！導航到達目的地都看不到酒店！來回兩次才找到。  南館好找一點， 北館真是難找。找到北館的路牌後還要轉入一條小巷再轉上小斜坡去才找到。因為我們連住宿兩晚， 酒店check in 平板又有問題， 職員中， 英， 日語都出動了。 北館停車位不在門前， 需要走車行彎路向山上走， 天黑沒車燈根本不能行人，他們一意孤行要我們到這個15分鐘外的停車場停泊車輛，天太黑，太危險，我要求停泊在卸貨區一晚，到第二天才找停車場，我們覺得對我們的人生安全有危險，除非於大白天，擾攘了，大約兩小時， 酒店職員都不容許我們停車，打了兩次電話到房間內找我們，他們提供的小徑，更加不可能於晚上行走。 第二天日間我們走了趟，也有危險， 我們走了一會遇上一頭鹿， 進退兩難。對於泊車問題很氣憤。 除此之外，酒店房間十分理想。設備齊全，但現場環境與相片有一點距離。溫泉只是一個浴缸， 自助調校熱水溫度。🤣🤣 總評： 👍房間舒適，設備齊全 👎🏻 不管停車位需走不安全道路15分鐘 👎🏻路標顯示不清晰 👎🏻溫泉水感覺是恆溫自來水 圖1: 上山路旁一小個酒店名稱路牌 圖2: 酒店提高停車場指示牌 圖3: 酒店職員提供的一條屋後小徑沒有街燈 圖4，5: 我們大白天是找停車場是遇上一頭鹿 圖6 ： 全程車路沒有街燈，行人於馬路上行走十分危險 圖7 ： 溫泉大浴缸 圖8，9 ： 雜草叢生的足浴缸 圖10，11，12 ： 室內佈置 圖13，14 ：酒店在路旁的指示牌 試想想在漆黑的晚上沒有街燈沒有清晰指示只靠導航要找到酒店目的地是一個十分難找的。 圖15: 卸貨區 圖16: 平板電腦的鏡頭有遮擋位置！"

"Eerlijk gezegd konden we niet in het hotel verblijven, omdat we pas één dag voor aankomst beseften dat: - er geen bagageopslag beschikbaar was, - Yamato geen bagage ophaalt vanaf deze locatie, - de Go-app niet hielp omdat geen enkele taxichauffeur vanaf deze locatie wilde vertrekken. Omdat we met een relatief groot gezin reisden met meer dan zes grote koffers en de eigenaar niet tijdig reageerde op mijn vragen, hebben we vanwege de locatie en de problemen met het regelen van vervoer onze reisplannen moeten aanpassen en konden we niet in het hotel verblijven. We hebben de eigenaar en Trip.com om feedback gevraagd of we een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling konden krijgen, maar helaas zonder succes. Al met al begrijpen we dat het niet de schuld van de eigenaar is, maar ik zou graag zien dat ze sneller reageren op vragen en hun annulerings- en terugbetalingsbeleid herzien."
