"De locatie is goed. Ga naar het sneeuwveld is ook 6-7 minuten. De kamerfaciliteiten zijn in wezen volledig. De meubels en andere zijn een beetje oud. De verwarming is goed. De vier mensen zijn net ingehuurd. De uitzichtsoppervlakte is ook goed. U kunt de sneeuwpomp en de nieuwejaarsbrandstof zien. "由於第二天需要上天池，所以就定了山裡比較方便。 可能去的時間段不太好，早上陽光充足的時候瓢蟲太多了。有一個房間全是瓢蟲，和管家反饋了，就在下午我們去温泉的時候處理了一下。 由於酒店還沒有供暖，晝夜温差較大，晚上屋子裡麪就特別的冷。還好在跑完温泉就洗好了澡，不然可能會容易感冒。 樓上廁所的馬桶圈是壞的這個很鬧心。 整體的衞生挺一般的。 另外，房間的隔音挺差的，走在地板上嘎嘎響，如果一家有一個人醒的特別早的話，會影響到其他人的休息。 有條件的建議還是預訂酒店吧。性價比一般般，一棟樓也要3000了，可能冬天來的話會好一點。"

"Extremely pleasant stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Room is relatively clean and cozy. Location was a bit out of the way but the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trouble. "環境很讓人驚喜，整體佈置得乾淨雅緻，温馨又舒適，房間裏空間適中，採光不錯，晚上也挺安靜，住着很放鬆。 有一點，大廳的公共區域裏擺了許多給小孩子的玩具。我是第一次見到有特意為孩子準備玩具的酒店，雖然我用不到，但是通過這樣的細節讓我感覺到老闆很細心。 衞生方面絕對過關，床單被罩摸着就很乾凈，沒有異味，房間裏的桌椅、地板都乾淨，衞生間也收拾得清清爽爽，洗漱用品擺放整齊。 最想説的是老闆人是真的好，辦理入住時特別熱心，耐心介紹周邊的吃飯、景點推薦等等。來的時候是稻米節，老闆還特意給每個住户準備了禮物特產和水果。 酒店的門口有老闆種的番茄、茄子、辣椒都可以吃，天氣好還可以坐在門口吹吹風曬曬太陽。在公共區域裏和老闆或者其他客人聊聊天，也很有趣。早餐的話是和隔壁的全季酒店一起吃。總之這趟住得很舒心，下次來還選這兒！"

The room was very clean, the bedding was new and comfortable, and the daily service was excellent. Everything a senior citizen might need was provided, including water, cups, towels, tissues, toothbrushes, and more. The underfloor heating was very comfortable. The two large drawers beside the bed were also very convenient for storage. There's a restaurant downstairs with a wide selection of breakfast and lunch options. I especially liked their rice porridge, beef bibimbap, and seaweed rice rolls. It's also very convenient to get to the ski resort. It's a 7-8 minute walk to the ski equipment hall, and a 10-minute walk back up a short hill. Alternatively, you can take the shuttle bus (3 RMB per person) or a taxi (starting fare). Ski tickets can be booked directly with the host, which is very convenient. I would definitely book here again next time.

2-hour rafting/skiing (choose one): The rafting was absolutely beautiful, and the rime ice was stunning. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse also has alpacas, deer, and rabbits that are very friendly and cute. The room was comfortable and clean. While the location is a bit out of the way, that's exactly the quiet environment we were looking for. The owner can also help arrange a taxi, which is very handy. One time, we needed to go out but couldn't find a car, so the owner, who had just woken up, personally drove us there. Thumbs up!

I recently read hotel reviews and went into this room to check the cleanliness. It was really clean. The hotel owner's service was excellent. Although the water supply was cut off as soon as we entered the hotel, the hotel owner has been communicating with us to resolve the matter. Still very heartwarming. The breakfast is a breakfast in cooperation with the All Seasons Hotel, and the breakfast is very delicious. If you give the boss 9 points out of 10, then 1 point is because you are afraid of the boss being proud.

The room is very nice, my family and children like it very much. The projection screen is very good! The washing machine and microwave are also very practical. The only flaw is that there are no towels. The quality of disposable towels is not good, and the packaging also makes people misunderstand that extra consumption is required. The boss is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. I will choose a similar house next time.

The room's surroundings are lovely, and it has a private little courtyard. It's also very close to the ski resort. The only downside was that the room wasn't warm enough; even with the air conditioning on, it was quite cold. It would probably be great for a summer stay though.

I'd give the service 100 stars. The shuttle bus driver, the housekeeper, and the owner were all incredibly welcoming, especially the shuttle bus driver. He was always there whenever we called, and when we arrived at the ski resort, he helped carry our skis up the stairs. After our day ski session, he even helped us load our luggage into the car on our way back. He was also surprisingly thoughtful; to protect the skis from the car window, he gave us a cloth bag to hold the tips of the skis in place. I would definitely go to Songhua Lake Qingshan Villa again just for this guy. The only downside was that the room was a bit cold.

Songhua Lake is a fantastic summer destination, perfect for a relaxing getaway and escaping the heat. The holiday apartments we booked are ideally located within the resort area, offering excellent amenities. Just outside your door, you'll find car rentals, convenience stores, and numerous restaurants. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with superb natural lighting, and every room boasts stunning, unique views of either the mountains or the forest.
