"我們定的是初三到初五兩晚的和天下別墅，特別適合大家庭出行，廚房很清潔沒有油乎乎的感覺，電飯煲、蒸鍋、炒菜鍋、煤氣、刀具等一應俱全，我們衹自備了一次性碗筷、菜盤和食材；娛樂方面有棋牌、卡拉OK、陽台就可以釣魚，衹是可能天氣太冷，能夠看到魚兒，就是不咬鈎，但對於愛釣魚的人來説能過過釣魚的癮才是重點，院子裏有一小塊菜地，可以體驗一下采摘的樂趣。房間可以滿足多種需求，大床房、標間、三床房都有，而且每間房都有獨立衞生間是最大的亮點了，別墅區內山水宜人，坐在房間或陽台就可以欣賞到湖景，特別適合發呆很減壓，老闆娘也非常熱情，提出需求必有迴應。室內衞生環境也很滿意，諾大一棟別墅，入住期間沒有看見蜘蛛網、小蟲之類的很難得，總之體驗非常好，有機會還會過來 ，也會推薦給朋友！"

"前台小姐姐服務熱情，但是餐廳就不用去體驗了，第一天晚上用餐，少上了一個菜，還想收錢，第二天的早餐更是服務態度差到極致，説是自助餐，但是一個人衹能有一個碗，問服務人員能否多提供一個小碗，態度很差地回答不行，然後問有沒有一次性紙杯，喝個豆漿，回答沒有！而且早餐內容也根本配不上價格。"

這次入住浪口温泉別墅酒店，徹底刷新了我對高性價比住宿的認知！本以為實惠的價格或許會在體驗上有所妥協，卻沒想到從踏入酒店的那一刻起，便收穫了一場遠超預期的品質之旅。
步入房間，整潔明亮的空間讓人瞬間放鬆下來。地板纖塵不染，傢俱擺放錯落有致，連窗台縫隙都看不到一絲灰塵，足見客房清潔團隊的專業與用心。冰箱有飲品，每間房準備了泡麪餅乾，還有專為温泉體驗準備的定製浴袍和防滑拖鞋，細節之處盡顯貼心。
服務體驗更是堪稱完美。從前台辦理入住時，工作人員便主動遞上温熱的養生茶和歡迎果盤，耐心介紹周邊景點與温泉開放時間，還貼心提醒天氣情況，我來的第二天天氣預報有雨，前台員工馬上提醒明天有雨，房間櫃子有傘，出入請帶好雨傘。入住期間有任何問題，隨時聯繫我們，我們前台電話88，24小時在線。入住期間，保潔人員每天定時打掃，整理房間時會將個人物品小心歸位；路過走廊時，無論遇見哪位員工，都會收到真誠的微笑與問候，讓人倍感賓至如歸。

Guest UserI brought my family and elders out to stay for two days, and everyone was very satisfied. This villa is the one that I feel is the most cost-effective for organizing company team building and family gatherings over the years. It is highly recommended. The villa layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, and the facilities are very complete and relatively new. The scenery around the villa is good and the air is fresh. It's more than an hour's drive from the city and I will visit it frequently on weekends.

A group of 17 of us organized a group building to Yichang. Everyone was very satisfied with this homestay. The decoration was very distinctive, clean and tidy. The garden could see the river view. The boss service was very intimate. The breakfast was rich. I helped me make a travel guide and helped us book tickets. Car rental, three days together played two dams and one gorge, three gorges family, The Three Gorges Waterfall. Time itinerary is affordable and there are free tour guide arrangements. This is a very comfortable and cost-effective trip, it is recommended!

Guest UserThe scenic spots and accommodations have been renovated, and the roads, sanitation and various facilities are relatively new. Especially the scenic spots can feel that they are maintained with more care. The staff are very enthusiastic. The ingredients and taste of the tourist center restaurant are very good. All three meals were very satisfying and the prices were very reasonable. The only regret is that there are not many tourists during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, so the business aspect is a bit sluggish. The tea bars and shops in various scenic spots are not open. There are no fruit snacks at all in the two days, let alone coffee and the like.

Landlord service: The landlord is very enthusiastic

Not bad, few people are secluded, the environment is also very good, suitable for a family leisure trip.
