严严: Breakfast is the same every day, and the location is next to Syracuse University. The decoration facilities of the hotel are relatively outdated and the bed is too soft. We booked it for 4 days. We couldn't stand it until the third day and we had to change the hotel. Ctrip’s policy on room reservations is not flexible enough. When encountering special circumstances, they need to communicate with the hotel. They will refuse directly. We negotiate with the hotel and the hotel basically agrees to refund one day’s room rate. As long as Ctrip communicates with them, it’s fine. Ctrip customers directly Tell us that because we ordered no refunds, we can't communicate and feel depressed.

ZZifusanqi: 美式酒店，是大學附近比較新和乾淨的酒店，房間不大，除了兩張床一個書桌一個牀頭櫃，衞生間沒有抽風洗澡有點難受，每天早上不到九點清潔工就敲門，有點無語😒餐廳的bruch很美味，價格也合適，住宿的人基本上都是入學的新生家庭

MMartys69: The hotel was better than we expected. We first walked in to a beautiful hotel and were immediately greeted by the staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful In the lobby area there is plenty of comfortable seating and an area with tables there’s a food area in the lobby and there’s a pool table near the entrance of the bar. The bar’s decor was very nice and there was also an outdoor area which leads to the walking trail The indoor pool area was very clean and nice. They have towels available and a bathroom in the pool area. The pool was at a perfect temperature we enjoyed the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable the hotel is conveniently located to anything that you might like. Besides the walking trail that overlooks the harbor. Destiny mall is only a couple blocks away. It is close to other shops and eateries the highways are close as well as gas stations and downtown. I highly recommend going there for any kind of stay business or leisure. I can’t wait to go back.

GGastgebruiker: 雪城為數不多的酒店，也是這次美東之旅預訂的最貴的，比紐約華盛頓都貴一些，但是房間也大，定的是套房。酒店最大的亮點是床品舒服，蠶絲被，睡的很好，早餐和晚餐的點餐都不錯
